Al Shawkani Exegesis – Surat Al ​​ Nahil

(Surah No 16) 1-128 Ayah

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

أَتَىٰ أَمْرُ اللَّهِ فَلَا تَسْتَعْجِلُوهُ ۚ سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ عَمَّا​​ يُشْرِكُونَ(1)

The command of Allah is coming, so be not impatient for it. Exalted is He and high above what they associate with Him (1).

The Command Of Allah (SWT) Has Arrived, Thus Do Not Hasten Its Advent. In This Prelude Ayah Of Surat Al Nahil, Allah​​ (SWT) Informs The Muslims On The Message Of Prophet Muhammad (The Final Messenger Of Islam). A Group Of Learned Interpreters Of The Glorious Qur’an Gave This Ayah As A “Warning” To Muslims For The Approaching Hereafter Or Judgment Day.

يُنَزِّلُ الْمَلَائِكَةَ بِالرُّوحِ مِنْ أَمْرِهِ عَلَىٰ مَن يَشَاءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهِ أَنْ أَنذِرُوا أَنَّه لاِلَٰهَ إِلَّا أَنَا فَاتَّقُونِ(2)

He sends down the angels, with the inspiration of His command, upon whom He wills of His servants, [telling them], “Warn that there is no deity except Me; so fear Me (2).

He (SWT) Descends His Angles Through His Spirit & Inspiration Upon Whom He Desires Warning His Servants That There Is “No Deity Except Allah (SWT)”, Thus Fear & Apprehend Him With Piety.

خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ بِالْحَقِّ ۚ تَعَالَىٰ عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ(3)

He created the heavens and earth in truth. High is He above what they associate with Him (3).

He (SWT) Created The Heavens & Earth By Truth. Supreme Is He (SWT) Over What The Polytheists & Blasphemous Nonbelievers Declare.

خَلَقَ الْإِنسَانَ مِن نُّطْفَةٍ فَإِذَا هُوَ خَصِيمٌ مُّبِينٌ(4)

He created man from a sperm-drop; then at once, he is a clear adversary (4).

He (SWT) Created Humankind From The Union Of A Male Sperm & A Female Egg. This Human Male Later​​ Became An Opponent And Adversary To His Creator (SWT).

وَالْأَنْعَامَ خَلَقَهَا ۗ لَكُمْ فِيهَا دِفْءٌ وَمَنَافِعُ وَمِنْهَا تَأْكُلُونَ(5)

And the grazing livestock He has created for you; in them is warmth and [numerous] benefits, and from them you eat (5).

And The Grazing Camel, Cattle, Sheep & Goat. He (SWT) Created For Humankind For Obtaining Warmth From Their Hair, Leather & Wool. Other Advantages Are Riding, Plowing & Consuming Their Meat & Milk.

وَلَكُمْ فِيهَا جَمَالٌ حِينَ تُرِيحُونَ وَحِينَ تَسْرَحُونَ(6)

And for you in them is [the enjoyment of] beauty when you bring them in [for the evening] and when you send them out [to pasture] (6).

And In These Domestic Animals There Is Attraction, Charm & Grace When You Bring Your Livestock For The Day​​ And Release Them To Pasture The Next Day.

وَتَحْمِلُ أَثْقَالَكُمْ إِلَىٰ بَلَدٍ لَّمْ تَكُونُوا بَالِغِيهِ إِلَّا بِشِقِّ الْأَنفُسِ ۚ إِنَّ رَبَّكُمْ لَرَءُوفٌ رَّحِيمٌ(7)

And they carry your loads to a land you could not have reached except with difficulty to yourselves. Indeed, your Lord is Kind and Merciful (7).

And These Livestock Transport Your Personal Weights & Loads To A Land Or Location You Would Not Have Reached Unless With Difficulty To Yourselves. Verily, Allah (SWT) Is Compassionate & Merciful.

وَالْخَيْلَ وَالْبِغَالَ وَالْحَمِيرَ لِتَرْكَبُوهَا وَزِينَةً ۚ وَيَخْلُقُ مَا لَا تَعْلَمُونَ(8)

And [He created] the horses, mules and donkeys for you to ride and [as] adornment. And He creates that which you do not know (8)

And Allah (SWT) Created​​ For Humankind Horses, Mules & Donkeys For Riding & For Adornment. He (SWT) Creates Creatures Which Are Unknown To Humankind.

وَعَلَى اللَّهِ قَصْدُ السَّبِيلِ وَمِنْهَا جَائِرٌ ۚ وَلَوْ شَاءَ لَهَدَاكُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ(9)

And upon Allah is the direction of​​ the [right] way, and among the various paths are those deviating. And if He willed, He could have guided you all (9).

And Responsibility Of The Correct Direction & Path Is With Allah (SWT) And Some Paths Have Deviation. And If He (SWT) Willed, He Would Have Given All Humankind His Correct Direction & Path.

هُوَ الَّذِي أَنزَلَ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مَاءً ۖ لَّكُم مِّنْهُ شَرَابٌ وَمِنْهُ شَجَرٌ فِيهِ تُسِيمُونَ(10)

It is He who sends down rain from the sky; from it is drink and from it is foliage in which you pasture (animals) (10).

He (SWT) Is The Creator Who Descends Rain From The Skies. Through It Is Your Drinking And Foliage Leaves For Your Animal Pasturing.

يُنبِتُ لَكُم بِهِ الزَّرْعَ وَالزَّيْتُونَ وَالنَّخِيلَ وَالْأَعْنَابَ وَمِن كُلِّ الثَّمَرَاتِ ۗ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَآيَةً لِّقَوْمٍ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ(11)

He causes to grow for you thereby the crops, olives, palm trees, grapevines, and from all the fruits. Indeed in that is a sign for a people who give thought.

Allah (SWT) Grows Crops, Olives, Palm Trees, Grapevines & From All Other Fruits. Verily, These Are Humankind Who Contemplate On Allah (SWT)’s Creation.

وَسَخَّرَ لَكُمُ اللَّيْلَ وَالنَّهَارَ وَالشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَ ۖ وَالنُّجُومُ مُسَخَّرَاتٌ بِأَمْرِهِ ۗ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِّقَوْمٍ يَعْقِلُونَ(12)

And He has subjected for you the night and day and the sun and moon, and the stars are subjected by His command. Indeed in that are signs for a people who reason (12).

And Allah (SWT) Has Created For Humankind: Night & Day, The Sun, Moon And​​ Stars All At His Disposal & Command. Verily, In These Are Ayat For Humankind To Reason & Ponder.

وَمَا ذَرَأَ لَكُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ مُخْتَلِفًا أَلْوَانُهُ ۗ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَآيَةً لِّقَوْمٍ يَذَّكَّرُونَ(13)

And [He has subjected] whatever He multiplied​​ for you on the earth of varying colors. Indeed in that is a sign for a people who remember (13).

And Allah (SWT) Has Scattered For Humankind On The Earth Creatures With Different Colors. Verily, These Are Ayat For Humankind To Remember & Comprehend.

وَهُوَ الَّذِي سَخَّرَ الْبَحْرَ لِتَأْكُلُوا مِنْهُ لَحْمًا طَرِيًّا وَتَسْتَخْرِجُوا مِنْهُ حِلْيَةً تَلْبَسُونَهَا وَتَرَى الْفُلْكَ مَوَاخِرَ فِيهِ وَلِتَبْتَغُوا مِن فَضْلِهِ وَلَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُرُونَ(14)

And it is He who subjected the sea for you to eat​​ from it tender meat and to extract from it ornaments which you wear. And you see the ships plowing through it, and [He subjected it] that you may seek of His bounty; and perhaps you will be grateful (14).

And It Is He (SWT) Who Created & Subjected The Sea​​ For Humankind To Eat From Its Fresh Fish Meat And To Extricate & Fish Out Decoration & Adornment​​ To Wear. He (SWT) Also Made Ships Sail Seeking His Bounty So That Humankind May Be Thankful.

وَأَلْقَىٰ فِي الْأَرْضِ رَوَاسِيَ أَن تَمِيدَ بِكُمْ وَأَنْهَارًا وَسُبُلًا لَّعَلَّكُمْ تَهْتَدُونَ(15)

And He has cast into the earth firmly set mountains, lest it shift with you, and [made] rivers and roads, that you may be guided (15).

And He (SWT) Diffused, Sent Forth & Radiated Into The Earth Firm Mountains To​​ Avoid The Risk Of Shifting. And Made Rivers & Roads For Your Guidance.

​​ وَعَلَامَاتٍ ۚ وَبِالنَّجْمِ هُمْ يَهْتَدُونَ(16)

And landmarks. And by the stars they are [also] guided (16).

And Through Guiding Light, Sky Stars (The Capricorn) & Specific​​ 

Planets, Humankind Find Their Way. Especially Searching For The

​​ “Qibla” Direction.​​ 

أَفَمَن يَخْلُقُ كَمَن لَّا يَخْلُقُ ۗ أَفَلَا تَذَكَّرُونَ(17)

Then is He who creates like one who does not create? So will you not be reminded (17)?

Thus, He (SWT) Who​​ Creates Equal To One Who Is Unable To Create?? Will You Not Remember & Be Reminded??

وَإِن تَعُدُّوا نِعْمَةَ اللَّهِ لَا تُحْصُوهَا ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَغَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ(18)

And if you should count the favors of Allah, you could not enumerate them. Indeed,​​ Allah is Forgiving and Merciful (18).

And If Humankind Were To Count The Blessings Of Allah (SWT), He Or She Would Not Be Able To Count Them. Verily, Allah (SWT) Is Forgiving & Merciful.

وَاللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ مَا تُسِرُّونَ وَمَا تُعْلِنُونَ(19)

And Allah knows what you conceal and what you declare (19).

And Allah (SWT) Is Aware Of What Humankind Conceals & Of What He Declares.

وَالَّذِينَ يَدْعُونَ مِن دُونِ اللَّهِ لَا يَخْلُقُونَ شَيْئًا وَهُمْ يُخْلَقُونَ(20)

And those they invoke other than Allah create​​ nothing, and they [themselves] are created (20).

And Those Who Supplicate To Beings Other Than Allah (SWT) Do Not Create Anything And Yet They Are Created By The Blasphemous Disbelievers Into Worshipped Idols Made From Wood Or Stone.

أَمْوَاتٌ غَيْرُ أَحْيَاءٍ ۖ وَمَا يَشْعُرُونَ أَيَّانَ يُبْعَثُونَ(21)

They are, [in fact], dead, not alive, and they do not perceive when they will be resurrected (21).

These Blasphemous Disbelievers Do Not Know When They Are Restored To Life After Death Or Their​​ Hand-Manufactured Idols.

إِلَٰهُكُمْ إِلَٰهٌ وَاحِدٌ ۚ فَالَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِالْآخِرَةِ قُلُوبُهُم مُّنكِرَةٌ وَهُم مُّسْتَكْبِرُونَ(22)

Your god is one God. But those who do not believe in the Hereafter – their hearts are disapproving, and they are arrogant (22).

Your God [Allah (SWT)] Is The One God. Thus Those Who Disbelieve In The Hereafter & In Judgment Day, Their Hearts Are Disgraced & Are Arrogant.

لَا جَرَمَ أَنَّ اللَّهَ يَعْلَمُ مَا يُسِرُّونَ وَمَا يُعْلِنُونَ ۚ إِنَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ الْمُسْتَكْبِرِينَ(23)

Assuredly, Allah knows what they conceal and what they declare. Indeed, He does not like the arrogant (23).

Surly & Definitely Allah (SWT) Is Aware Of What They Hide & What They Declare. Verily, He (SWT) Does Not Like The Arrogant From​​ Humankind Particularly Those Who Are Arrogant From Unifying Allah (SWT) The Creator Of All Creation.

وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُم مَّاذَا أَنزَلَ رَبُّكُمْ ۙ قَالُوا أَسَاطِيرُ الْأَوَّلِينَ(24)

And when it is said to them, “What has your Lord sent down?” They say,​​ “Legends of the former peoples,”(24).

And If & When They Are Told: “What Has Your Lord Brought Down? They Would Say: Fables & Myths Of The Previous Peoples”.

لِيَحْمِلُوا أَوْزَارَهُمْ كَامِلَةً يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ۙ وَمِنْ أَوْزَارِ الَّذِينَ​​ يُضِلُّونَهُم بِغَيْرِ عِلْمٍ ۗ أَلَا سَاءَ مَا يَزِرُونَ(25)

That they may bear their own burdens in full on the Day of Resurrection and some of the burdens of those whom they misguide without knowledge. Unquestionably, evil is that which they bear (25).

​​ 

So That They Carry Their Personal & Complete Encumbrance On Judgment Day As Well As Burdens Of People Whom They Purposely Aimed To Lead Astray Without Knowledge. Undoubtedly, Wicked, Immoral And Sinful Is That Which They Bear.

قَدْ مَكَرَ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ فَأَتَى اللَّهُ بُنْيَانَهُم مِّنَ الْقَوَاعِدِ فَخَرَّ عَلَيْهِمُ​​ السَّقْفُ مِن فَوْقِهِمْ وَأَتَاهُمُ الْعَذَابُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لَا يَشْعُرُونَ(26)

Those before them had already plotted, but Allah came at their building from the foundations,​​ so the roof fell upon them from above them, and the punishment came to them from where they did not perceive (26).

Those Who Deceived Humankind Of What The Messengers Of Allah (SWT) Had To Admonish & Preach, Allah (SWT)’s Command Destroyed Their Building​​ Foundations So That The Building Roof Collapsed On Their Heads & Torment Befell Them From Where They Did Not Expect.

ثمَّ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ يُخْزِيهِمْ وَيَقُولُ أَيْنَ شُرَكَائِيَ الَّذِينَ كُنتُمْ تُشَاقُّونَ فِيهِمْ ۚ قَالَ الَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْعِلْمَ​​ إِنَّ الْخِزْيَ الْيَوْمَ وَالسُّوءَ عَلَى الْكَافِرِينَ(27)

Then on the Day of Resurrection He will disgrace them and say, “Where are My ‘partners’ for whom you used to oppose [the believers]?” Those who were given knowledge will say, “Indeed disgrace, this Day, and evil are upon the disbelievers (27).

Then On Judgement Day, Allah (SWT) Shall Shame, Dishonor & Disgrace Them, Saying:” Where Are “My Partners” Whom You Used To Resist & Oppose The Believing Muslims? The Knowledgeable Will Say:” Verily Dishonor & Shame Today Are Upon The Blasphemous Disbelievers.

الَّذِينَ تَتَوَفَّاهُمُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ ظَالِمِي أَنفُسِهِمْ ۖ فَأَلْقَوُا السَّلَمَ مَا كُنَّا نَعْمَلُ مِن سُوءٍ ۚ بَلَىٰ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلِيمٌ بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ(28)

The ones whom the angels​​ take in death [while] wronging themselves, and [who] then offer submission, [saying], “We were not doing any evil.” But, yes! Indeed, Allah is Knowing of what you used to do.

Those Whom The Angles Of Allah (SWT) Have Taken In Death While Unjustly Treating Themselves And Who Later On Offer Their Submission, Claiming: “We Were Not Performing Any Evil Acts”. Allah (SWT) Responds: “Verily He (SWT)

Is Aware Of Your Behavior & Actions In Your Worldly Lifetime”.

فَادْخُلُوا أَبْوَابَ جَهَنَّمَ خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا​​ ۖ فَلَبِئْسَ مَثْوَى الْمُتَكَبِّرِينَ(29)

So enter the gates of Hell to abide eternally therein, and how wretched is the residence of the arrogant (29).

Thus Enter The Gates Of The Abyss (Inferno), Abiding Therein Eternally. Deplorable & Despicable Is​​ The Abyss Residence Of The Conceited & Arrogant.

وَقِيلَ لِلَّذِينَ اتَّقَوْا مَاذَا أَنزَلَ رَبُّكُمْ ۚ قَالُوا خَيْرًا ۗ لِّلَّذِينَ أَحْسَنُوا فِي هَٰذِهِ الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةٌ ۚ وَلَدَارُ الْآخِرَةِ خَيْرٌ ۚ وَلَنِعْمَ دَارُ الْمُتَّقِينَ(30)

And it will​​ be said to those who feared Allah, “What did your Lord send down?” They will say, “[That which is] good.” For those who do good in this world is good; and the home of the Hereafter is better. And how excellent is the home of the righteous (30).

On Judgment Day Those Humankind Who Feared Allah (SWT) In Their Worldly Lifetime Will Be Asked:” What Did Allah (SWT) Send Down?” They Said All That Is Good. And The Hereafter Is Better For The Pious & The Righteous.

جَنَّاتُ عَدْنٍ يَدْخُلُونَهَا تَجْرِي مِن تَحْتِهَا الْأَنْهَارُ ۖ لَهُمْ فِيهَا مَا يَشَاءُونَ ۚ كَذَٰلِكَ يَجْزِي اللَّهُ الْمُتَّقِينَ(31)

Gardens of perpetual residence, which they will enter, beneath which rivers flow. They will have therein whatever they wish. Thus does Allah reward the righteous​​ (31).

Jannatu Adnyn (Perpetual Gardens Of Residence Beneath Which Rivers Flow) In The Hereafter For The Pious & Righteous (In Their Worldly Lifetime). They Shall Receive Whatever They Yearn For & Desire. Hence Allah (SWT)

Shall Reward The Pious &​​ Righteous.

الَّذِينَ تَتَوَفَّاهُمُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ طَيِّبِينَ ۙ يَقُولُونَ سَلَامٌ عَلَيْكُمُ ادْخُلُوا الْجَنَّةَ بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ(32)

The ones whom the angels take in death, [being] good and pure; [the angels] will say, “Peace be upon you. Enter​​ Paradise for what you used to do.”(32)

 ​​ ​​​​ 

Those Whom The Angles Decease, Who Are Pious & Righteous In Their Worldly Lifetime, The Angles Shall Say:”Salamun Alykum (Peace Be Upon

You) Enter Al Jannah For Your Righteous Actions You Perpetrated In Your​​ Worldly Lifetime.

هَلْ يَنظُرُونَ إِلَّا أَن تَأْتِيَهُمُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ أَوْ يَأْتِيَ أَمْرُ رَبِّكَ ۚ كَذَٰلِكَ فَعَلَ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ ۚ وَمَا ظَلَمَهُمُ اللَّهُ وَلَٰكِن كَانُوا أَنفُسَهُمْ يَظْلِمُونَ(33)

Do the disbelievers await [anything]​​ except that the angels should come to them or there comes the command of your Lord? Thus did those do before them, And Allah wronged them not, but they had been wronging themselves (33).

Do The Blasphemous Disbelievers Await​​ For The Angles To Descend To​​ Them Or The Command Of Allah (SWT)? As Did Those Disbelievers Before Them. And Allah (SWT) Did Not Unjustly Treat Them. However, These Blasphemous Disbelievers Unjustly Treated Themselves.

فَأَصَابَهُمْ سَيِّئَاتُ مَا عَمِلُوا وَحَاقَ بِهِم مَّا كَانُوا بِهِ يَسْتَهْزِئُونَ(34)

So they were struck by the evil consequences of what they did and were enveloped by what they used to ridicule (34).

Thus They Were Inflicted By The Effect & Outcome Of Their Wickedness & Ridicule Caught Up With Them.

وَقَالَ الَّذِينَ أَشْرَكُوا لَوْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ مَا عَبَدْنَا مِن دُونِهِ مِن شَيْءٍ نَّحْنُ وَلَا آبَاؤُنَا وَلَا حَرَّمْنَا مِن دُونِهِ مِن شَيْءٍ ۚ كَذَٰلِكَ فَعَلَ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ ۚ فَهَلْ عَلَى الرُّسُلِ إِلَّا الْبَلَاغُ الْمُبِينُ(35)

And those who​​ associate others with Allah say, “If Allah had willed, we would not have worshipped anything other than Him, neither we nor our fathers, nor would we have forbidden anything through other than Him.” Thus did those do before them. So is there upon the messengers except [the duty of] clear notification? (35).

The Blasphemous Disbelievers Of Makkah, Said:”If Allah (SWT) Had Desired, We Would Not Have Been Polytheists, Worshipping Any Idols Other Than Him (SWT) Neither We Nor Our Lineage & Pedigree”. Nor Would​​ We Have Forbidden Anything Beyond The Glory & Greatness Of Allah (SWT). Therefore, Do The Messengers Of Allah (SWT) Have Anything Other Than Information & Notification To Deliver To Humankind?

وَلَقَدْ بَعَثْنَا فِي كُلِّ أُمَّةٍ رَّسُولًا أَنِ اعْبُدُوا​​ اللَّهَ وَاجْتَنِبُوا الطَّاغُوتَ ۖ فَمِنْهُم مَّنْ هَدَى اللَّهُ وَمِنْهُم مَّنْ حَقَّتْ عَلَيْهِ الضَّلَالَةُ ۚ فَسِيرُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ فَانظُرُوا كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الْمُكَذِّبِينَ(36)

And We certainly sent into every nation a messenger, [saying], “Worship Allah and avoid Taghut.” And among them were those whom Allah guided, and among them were those upon whom error was [deservedly] decreed. So proceed through the earth and observe how was the end of the deniers.

 ​​​​ 

And We (SWT) Descended Into Every​​ Nation On Earth A Messenger Calling Upon Humankind To Worship Allah (SWT) And Avoid Worshipping The “Juggernaut (The Taghout Or The Shaytan)”. And Thus Amongst Humankind Were Those “Righteous”​​ Being Guided By Allah (SWT), While Others Whom Aberrance Was Deservedly Decreed. Hence, Move Through The Earth And Notice The Consequence Of The Deniers.

إِن تَحْرِصْ عَلَىٰ هُدَاهُمْ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يَهْدِي مَن يُضِلُّ ۖ وَمَا لَهُم مِّن نَّاصِرِينَ(37)

[Even] if you should strive for their guidance, [O​​ Muhammad], indeed, Allah does not guide those He sends astray, and they will have no helpers (37).

Oh Muhammad (Messenger Of Allah (SWT)) If You Seek Their Guidance Verily, Allah (SWT) Shall Not Guide Whoever He Sends Into Aberrance And They Shall Have No​​ Support Or Assistance From Allah (SWT) Or From You.

وَأَقْسَمُوا بِاللَّهِ جَهْدَ أَيْمَانِهِمْ ۙ لَا يَبْعَثُ اللَّهُ مَن يَمُوتُ ۚ بَلَىٰ وَعْدًا عَلَيْهِ حَقًّا وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ(38)

And they swear by Allah their strongest oaths [that] Allah will not resurrect one who dies. But yes – [it is] a true promise [binding] upon Him, but most of the people do not know (38).

And The Blasphemous Disbelievers Made Their Most Potent Oaths That Allah (SWT) Shall Not Revive Who Dies. However, It Is A True Binding Promise Upon Him (SWT) Yet Most Humankind Are Unaware.

لِيُبَيِّنَ لَهُمُ الَّذِي يَخْتَلِفُونَ فِيهِ وَلِيَعْلَمَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا أَنَّهُمْ كَانُوا كَاذِبِينَ(39)

[It is] so He will make clear to them [the truth of] that wherein they differ and so those who have disbelieved may know that they were liars (39).

So That He (SWT) Will Clarify To Them (The Blasphemous Disbelievers) Upon Resurrection The Total Reality Of Their Deception In Their Worldly Lifetime.

إِنَّمَا قَوْلُنَا لِشَيْءٍ إِذَا أَرَدْنَاهُ أَن نَّقُولَ لَهُ كُن فَيَكُونُ(40)

Indeed, Our word to a thing when We intend it is but that We say to it, “Be,” and it is.

Verily, On Judgment Day We (SWT) Will Say To Anything We Wish (Intending) It To Be & “It Shall Be”. 

وَالَّذِينَ هَاجَرُوا فِي اللَّهِ مِن بَعْدِ مَا ظُلِمُوا لَنُبَوِّئَنَّهُمْ فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً ۖ وَلَأَجْرُ الْآخِرَةِ أَكْبَرُ ۚ لَوْ كَانُوا يَعْلَمُونَ(41)

And those who emigrated for [the cause of] Allah after they had been wronged – We will surely settle them in this world in a good place; but the reward of the Hereafter is greater, if only they could know (41).

And Those Muslims Who Emigrated For The Purpose & Cause Of Allah (SWT) Subsequent To Having Been Unjustly Treated, We (SWT) Shall Evidently Resolve & Rectify Their Position In This Worldly Lifetime, While The Reward & Recompense In The Hereafter Is Greater, If Only They Knew.​​ 

الَّذِينَ صَبَرُوا وَعَلَىٰ رَبِّهِمْ يَتَوَكَّلُونَ(42)

[They are] those who endured patiently and upon their Lord relied (42).

Those Who Had Patience & Endured Suffering & Hardship Relying On Allah (SWT).

وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَا مِن قَبْلِكَ إِلَّا رِجَالًا نُّوحِي إِلَيْهِمْ ۚ فَاسْأَلُوا أَهْلَ الذِّكْرِ إِن كُنتُمْ لَا تَعْلَمُونَ(43)

And We sent not before you​​ except men to whom We revealed [Our message]. So ask the people of the message if you do not know.

And We (SWT) Did Not Deliver & Dispatch Before You Oh Muhammad Believers To Whom We (SWT) Revealed Our Message To Comprehend. Thus Ask The People Of Remembrance Of The Message If You Are Unaware.

بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ وَالزُّبُرِ ۗ وَأَنزَلْنَا إِلَيْكَ الذِّكْرَ لِتُبَيِّنَ لِلنَّاسِ مَا نُزِّلَ إِلَيْهِمْ وَلَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ(44)

[We sent them] with clear proofs and written ordinances. And We revealed to​​ you the message that you may make clear to the people what was sent down to them and that they might give thought (44).

We (SWT) Delivered Clear Proof, Evidence (With Written Documented Ordinances Revealed) To You Oh Messenger Of Islam, The Message Which

​​ You May Describe & Explain To Muslims That They May Contemplate & Comprehend.

أَفَأَمِنَ الَّذِينَ مَكَرُوا السَّيِّئَاتِ أَن يَخْسِفَ اللَّهُ بِهِمُ الْأَرْضَ أَوْ يَأْتِيَهُمُ الْعَذَابُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لَا يَشْعُرُونَ(45)

Then, do those who have planned​​ evil deeds feel secure that Allah will not cause the earth to swallow them or that the punishment will not come upon them from where they do not perceive? (45).

And Thus Did Those Who Perpetrated Evil & Bad Deeds Feel Secure Enough With Their Actions That​​ Allah (SWT) Will Not Subside The Earth Under Them Or That Allah (SWT) Will Not Torment Them From Where They Do Not Perceive Or Realize.

أَوْ يَأْخُذَهُمْ فِي تَقَلُّبِهِمْ فَمَا هُم بِمُعْجِزِينَ(46)

Or that He would not seize them during their [usual] activity, and they could not cause failure?(46).

Or That He (SWT) Would “Seize Or Take Them” During Their Travel Or Shipping Or Shopping, Or Coming & Going…And They Would Thus Be Incapable​​ Of Anything.

أَوْ يَأْخُذَهُمْ عَلَىٰ تَخَوُّفٍ فَإِنَّ رَبَّكُمْ​​ لَرَءُوفٌ رَّحِيمٌ(47)

Or that He would not seize them gradually [in a state of dread]? But indeed, your Lord is Kind and Merciful (47).

Or That Allah (SWT) Would Not Take Them When They Are Dreading Their Demise For He (SWT) Is Benignant & Merciful.

أَوَلَمْ يَرَوْا إِلَىٰ مَا خَلَقَ اللَّهُ مِن شَيْءٍ يَتَفَيَّأُ ظِلَالُهُ عَنِ الْيَمِينِ وَالشَّمَائِلِ سُجَّدًا لِّلَّهِ وَهُمْ دَاخِرُونَ(48)

Have they not considered what things Allah has created? Their shadows incline to the right and to the left, prostrating to Allah, while they are humble (48).

Have The Believers Not Considered What Allah (SWT) Has Created? From Mountains, Trees & All Other Creation. Their Shadows Inclined To The Right & Left (During The Day & Night) Making Sujood (Prostrating) To​​ Allah (SWT) While They Are Submissive & Subservient.

وَلِلَّهِ يَسْجُدُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ مِن دَابَّةٍ وَالْمَلَائِكَةُ وَهُمْ لَا يَسْتَكْبِرُونَ(49)

And to Allah prostrates whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth​​ of creatures, and the angels [as well], and they are not arrogant (49).

And To Allah (SWT) Prostrates (Making Sujood) All Creation In The Heavens & On Earth Along With The Angles. And Non Are Conceited Or Arrogant.

يَخَافُونَ رَبَّهُم مِّن فَوْقِهِمْ وَيَفْعَلُونَ مَا يُؤْمَرُونَ ۩(50)

They fear their Lord above them, and they do what they are commanded (50).

All Creation Of Allah (SWT) In The Heavens & On Earth Fear Allah (SWT) Above Them And They Implement What They Are Commanded. (Action Of Sujood\Prostrating In The Direction Of Makkah).

وَقَالَ اللَّهُ لَا تَتَّخِذُوا إِلَٰهَيْنِ اثْنَيْنِ ۖ إِنَّمَا هُوَ إِلَٰهٌ وَاحِدٌ ۖ فَإِيَّايَ فَارْهَبُونِ(51)

And Allah has said, “Do not take for yourselves two deities. He is but one God, so fear only Me” (51).

And Allah (SWT) Commanded All Creation “Not Undertake Two Separate Deities”. Allah (SWT) Is “One Creator”. Thus Allah (SWT) Commanded Humankind To Fear & Apprehend Him & Only Him.

وَلَهُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَلَهُ الدِّينُ وَاصِبًا ۚ أَفَغَيْرَ اللَّهِ تَتَّقُونَ(52)

And to Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and the earth, and to Him is [due] worship constantly. Then is it other than Allah that you fear?

And To Him (SWT) Is The Propriety Of Heavens & The Earth And To Him And Only Him (SWT), Humankind Should Constantly Worship. Therefore, To Him (SWT) Belongs Full Piety & Trepidation.

وَمَا بِكُم مِّن نِّعْمَةٍ فَمِنَ اللَّهِ ۖ ثُمَّ إِذَا مَسَّكُمُ الضُّرُّ فَإِلَيْهِ تَجْأَرُونَ(53)

And whatever you have of favor – it is from Allah. Then when adversity touches you, to Him you cry for help (54).

And Whatever Allah (SWT) Has Blessed You With, Then This Is From Him (SWT). And When Harm Befalls You, To Him (SWT) You Cry Out Loud For Help.

ثمَّ إِذَا كَشَفَ الضُّرَّ عَنكُمْ إِذَا فَرِيقٌ​​ مِّنكُم بِرَبِّهِمْ يُشْرِكُون(54)

Then when He removes the adversity from you, at once a party of you associates others with their Lord (54).

Thence Once Allah (SWT) Alleviates Your Ordeal & Distress, Some Of You Humankind Associate Partners With Him (SWT).

لِيَكْفُرُوا بِمَا آتَيْنَاهُمْ ۚ فَتَمَتَّعُوا ۖ فَسَوْفَ تَعْلَمُونَ(55)

So they will deny what We have given them. Then enjoy yourselves, for you are going to know (55).

​​ 

Thus, The Blasphemous Disbelievers Will Deny What Allah (SWT) Has Provided​​ Them With In This Worldly Lifetime. Therefore, “Enjoy Yourselves”

And In The Hereafter You Shall Know What Awaits You.

وَيَجْعَلُونَ لِمَا لَا يَعْلَمُونَ نَصِيبًا مِّمَّا رَزَقْنَاهُمْ ۗ تَاللَّهِ لَتُسْأَلُنَّ عَمَّا كُنتُمْ تَفْتَرُونَ(56)

And they​​ assign to what they do not know a portion of that which We have provided them. By Allah, you will surely be questioned about what you used to invent (56).

And These Blasphemous Disbelievers Allocate To That Which They Are Unaware, A Portion Which Allah (SWT) Has Provided Them With. Making An Oath, “By Allah (SWT) These Blasphemous Disbelievers Will Definitely Be Interrogated In The Hereafter (Judgment Day) About What They Used To Invent & Contrive. ​​ 

وَيَجْعَلُونَ لِلَّهِ الْبَنَاتِ سُبْحَانَهُ ۙ وَلَهُم مَّا يَشْتَهُونَ(57)

And they attribute to Allah daughters – exalted is He – and for them is what they desire (57).

And These Blasphemous Disbelievers Assign & Ascribe Daughters To Allah (SWT) – Exalted Is He (SWT) From This Description – And For Them Is What They Aspire & Fancy.

وَإِذَا بُشِّرَ أَحَدُهُم بِالْأُنثَىٰ ظَلَّ وَجْهُهُ مُسْوَدًّا وَهُوَ كَظِيمٌ(58)

And when one of them is informed of [the birth of] a female, his face becomes dark, and he suppresses grief (58).

And Thus When Any Of Them Is​​ Proselytized With The Birth Of A Female, His Face Remains Darkened Suppressing Grief & Sadness.

يَتَوَارَىٰ مِنَ الْقَوْمِ مِن سُوءِ مَا بُشِّرَ بِهِ ۚ أَيُمْسِكُهُ عَلَىٰ هُونٍ أَمْ يَدُسُّهُ فِي التُّرَابِ ۗ أَلَا سَاءَ مَا يَحْكُمُونَ(59)

He hides himself from the people because of the ill of which he has been informed. Should he keep it in humiliation or bury it in the ground? Unquestionably, evil is what they decide (59).

He Keeps Away From His Folk Owing To The Ordeal Which Befell Him. Should He Accept It In Humiliation Or Bury It In The Sand? Undoubtedly, Wicked Is Their Decision.​​ 

لِلَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِالْآخِرَةِ مَثَلُ السَّوْءِ ۖ وَلِلَّهِ الْمَثَلُ الْأَعْلَىٰ ۚ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ(60)

For those who do not believe in the Hereafter​​ is the description of evil; and for Allah is the highest attribute. And He is Exalted in Might, the Wise (60).

For Those Humankind Who Do Not Believe In The Hereafter Call “The Angels” The “Daughters” Of Allah (SWT). This Evil Description Of Allah (SWT)​​ Is Ignorant & Blasphemous. He (SWT) Is Glorious & Supreme In Might & Wisdom.

وَلَوْ يُؤَاخِذُ اللَّهُ النَّاسَ بِظُلْمِهِم مَّا تَرَكَ عَلَيْهَا مِن دَابَّةٍ وَلَٰكِن يُؤَخِّرُهُمْ إِلَىٰ أَجَلٍ مُّسَمًّى ۖ فَإِذَا جَاءَ أَجَلُهُمْ لَا يَسْتَأْخِرُونَ سَاعَةً ۖ وَلَا يَسْتَقْدِمُونَ(61)

And if Allah were to impose blame on the people for their wrongdoing, He would not have left upon the earth any creature, but He defers them for a specified term. And when their term has come, they will not remain behind an​​ hour, nor will they precede it (61).

And If Allah (SWT) Desired, He (SWT) Would Have Blamed The Blasphemous Humankind & Disbelievers Particularly Their Unjust Claim That The Idols Are Allah (SWT)’s Daughters. Thus, No Creature Particularly 4-Legged Creatures Would Remain On The Earth. He (SWT) Postpones Them Such That When Their Time On Earth Has Arrived, They Shall Not Remain An Hour Behind Nor Will They Precede It.

وَيَجْعَلُونَ لِلَّهِ مَا يَكْرَهُونَ وَتَصِفُ أَلْسِنَتُهُمُ الْكَذِبَ أَنَّ لَهُمُ الْحُسْنَىٰ ۖ لَا جَرَمَ أَنَّ لَهُمُ النَّارَ وَأَنَّهُم مُّفْرَطُونَ(62)

And they attribute to Allah that which they dislike, and their tongues assert the lie that they will have the best [from Him]. Assuredly, they will have the Fire, and they will be [therein] neglected (62).

And These Blasphemous Disbeliever Ascribe To Allah (SWT) Anything They Hate & Dislike, Claiming With Their Tongues That They Will Get The Best From Him (SWT). Undoubtedly, They Shall Have Excessive Hellfire.

تَاللَّهِ لَقَدْ​​ أَرْسَلْنَا إِلَىٰ أُمَمٍ مِّن قَبْلِكَ فَزَيَّنَ لَهُمُ الشَّيْطَانُ أَعْمَالَهُمْ فَهُوَ وَلِيُّهُمُ الْيَوْمَ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ(63)

By Allah, We did certainly send [messengers] to nations before you, but Satan made their deeds attractive to them.​​ And he is the disbelievers’ ally today [as well], and they will have a painful punishment (63).

By Allah (SWT), We Delivered To Nations Before You Oh Messenger Of Islam. However, Al Shytan (Intervened) Making Their Worldly Deeds Attractive & Appealing. Thus, They Shall Receive Painful Torment.

وَمَا أَنزَلْنَا عَلَيْكَ الْكِتَابَ إِلَّا لِتُبَيِّنَ لَهُمُ الَّذِي اخْتَلَفُوا فِيهِ ۙ وَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةً لِّقَوْمٍ يُؤْمِنُونَ(64)

And We have not revealed to you the Book, [O Muhammad], except for you to make​​ clear to them that wherein they have differed and as guidance and mercy for a people who​​ believe.

And We (SWT) Did Not Reveal To You, Oh Messenger Of Islam The Glorious Qur’an, Except For You To Explain To Them That Which They Differed In, And As Enlightenment & Mercy For Believers In Islam.

وَاللَّهُ أَنزَلَ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مَاءً فَأَحْيَا بِهِ الْأَرْضَ بَعْدَ مَوْتِهَا ۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَآيَةً لِّقَوْمٍ يَسْمَعُونَ(65)

And Allah has sent down rain from the sky and given life thereby to the earth​​ after its lifelessness. Indeed in that is a sign for a people who listen (65).

And Allah (SWT) Delivered Rain From The Skies Whereby He (SWT) Brought Life To The Earth After Its Extinction. Verily, In That Is An Ayah For Believers Who Listen & Comprehend.

وَإِنَّ لَكُمْ فِي الْأَنْعَامِ لَعِبْرَةً ۖ نُّسْقِيكُم مِّمَّا فِي بُطُونِهِ مِن بَيْنِ فَرْثٍ وَدَمٍ لَّبَنًا خَالِصًا سَائِغًا لِّلشَّارِبِينَ(66)

And indeed, for you in grazing livestock is a lesson. We give you drink from what is in their bellies –​​ between excretion and blood – pure milk, palatable to drinkers (66).

And Verily, In Caring For Cattle And Other Livestock Is A Lesson & Exercise Whereby We (SWT) Provide You Humankind From What Is Inside Their Abdomen Between Excretion & Blood, Pure Milk​​ Palatable & Delicious To Human Consumers.

وَمِن ثَمَرَاتِ النَّخِيلِ وَالْأَعْنَابِ تَتَّخِذُونَ مِنْهُ سَكَرًا وَرِزْقًا حَسَنًا ۗ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَآيَةً لِّقَوْمٍ يَعْقِلُونَ(67)

And from the fruits of the palm trees and grapevines you take intoxicant​​ and good provision. Indeed in that is a sign for a people who reason (67).

And From The Dates Of The Palm Trees & Grapevines You Use As Intoxicants & Useful Foods. Verily, In That Behavior & Conduct Is A Sign For Humankind Who Have Reasoning.

​​ وَأَوْحَىٰ رَبُّكَ إِلَى النَّحْلِ أَنِ اتَّخِذِي مِنَ الْجِبَالِ بُيُوتًا وَمِنَ الشَّجَرِ وَمِمَّا يَعْرِشُونَ(68)

And your Lord inspired to the bee, “Take for yourself among the mountains, houses, and among the trees and [in] that which they construct (68).

And Allah (SWT) [Oh Muhammad] Inspired The Bee, “Take For Yourself Within The Mountains Dwellings And Amongst The Trees And In That Which Humankind Construct With From Wood.

ثمَّ كُلِي مِن كُلِّ الثَّمَرَاتِ فَاسْلُكِي سُبُلَ رَبِّكِ ذُلُلًا ۚ​​ يَخْرُجُ مِن بُطُونِهَا شَرَابٌ مُّخْتَلِفٌ أَلْوَانُهُ فِيهِ شِفَاءٌ لِّلنَّاسِ ۗ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَآيَةً لِّقَوْمٍ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ(69)

Then eat from all the fruits and follow the ways of your Lord laid down [for you].” There emerges from their bellies a​​ drink, varying in colors, in which there is healing for people. Indeed in that is a sign for a people who give thought (69).

Then Consume From All Types Of Fruits & And Flowers. Following The Paths Of Allah (SWT) Provided For You. Converting From Their Stomach Nectar Variable In Color Containing Healing & Cure For Humankind. Verily, In This​​ Nectar Is An Ayah Form Allah (SWT) For Humankind To Contemplate. This Bee Creation is Amongst The Most Miraculous And Smallest That Allah (SWT) Has Created. Needless To Mention That Humankind Is A Mortal Earthling & A Member Of The Human Race.

وَاللَّهُ خَلَقَكُمْ ثُمَّ يَتَوَفَّاكُمْ ۚ وَمِنكُم مَّن يُرَدُّ إِلَىٰ أَرْذَلِ الْعُمُرِ لِكَيْ لَا يَعْلَمَ بَعْدَ عِلْمٍ شَيْئًا ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلِيمٌ قَدِيرٌ(70)

And​​ Allah created you; then He will take you in death. And among you is he who is reversed to the most decrepit [old] age so that he will not know, after [having had] knowledge, a thing. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Competent (70).

And Allah (SWT) Created Humankind. Thence He (SWT) Shall Cause You To Die. While Some Will Stay Alive But Powerless, Helpless & Losing Knowledge Due To Old Age. Verily, Allah (SWT) Is Knowledgeable & Capable.

وَاللَّهُ فَضَّلَ بَعْضَكُمْ عَلَىٰ بَعْضٍ فِي الرِّزْقِ ۚ فَمَا الَّذِينَ​​ فُضِّلُوا بِرَادِّي رِزْقِهِمْ عَلَىٰ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُهُمْ فَهُمْ فِيهِ سَوَاءٌ ۚ أَفَبِنِعْمَةِ اللَّهِ يَجْحَدُونَ(71)

And Allah has favored some of you over others in provision. But those who were favored would not hand over their provision to those whom their right hands possess so they would be equal to them therein. Then is it the favor of Allah they reject? (71)

And Allah (SWT) Favored Some Of You Over Others In Livelihood & Provision. However, Those Who Were Favored By Allah (SWT) Would Not​​ Give Away​​ Their Provision To Whom Their “Right Hands Possess”. Thus Is It The Favor & Benevolence Of Allah (SWT) That Is Denied?

وَاللَّهُ جَعَلَ لَكُم مِّنْ أَنفُسِكُمْ أَزْوَاجًا وَجَعَلَ لَكُم مِّنْ أَزْوَاجِكُم بَنِينَ وَحَفَدَةً وَرَزَقَكُم مِّنَ​​ الطَّيِّبَاتِ ۚ أَفَبِالْبَاطِلِ يُؤْمِنُونَ وَبِنِعْمَتِ اللَّهِ هُمْ يَكْفُرُونَ(72)

And Allah has made for you from yourselves mates and has made for you from your mates sons and grandchildren and has provided for you from the good things. Then in falsehood do they believe and in the favor of Allah they disbelieve? (72)

And Allah (SWT) Created From Yourselves Husbands & Wives And From Your Marriages, He (SWT) Created Offspring & Grandchildren. He (SWT) Also Provided Humankind With All Decent, Generous &​​ Precious Goods. Thus Is It Falsehood & Slander They Believe In, While They Disbelieve In The Blessings & Favours Of Allah (SWT)

وَيَعْبُدُونَ مِن دُونِ اللَّهِ مَا لَا يَمْلِكُ لَهُمْ رِزْقًا مِّنَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ شَيْئًا وَلَا يَسْتَطِيعُونَ(73)

And they worship besides Allah that which does not possess for them [the power of] provision from the heavens and the earth at all, and [in fact], they are unable (73).

And The Blasphemous Disbelievers Worship Other Than Allah (SWT). That Which Does Not​​ Give Them The Power Of Provision From The Heavens And The Earth Entirely. Verily, They Are Incapable & Powerless.

فَلَا تَضْرِبُوا لِلَّهِ الْأَمْثَالَ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يَعْلَمُ وَأَنتُمْ لَا تَعْلَمُونَ(74)

So do not assert similarities to Allah. Indeed,​​ Allah knows and you do not know (74).

Therefore, Do Not Equate To Allah (SWT) Any Deity. For He (SWT) Is Unique & He (SWT) Is The One And Only. Verily, Allah (SWT) Is The Knowledgeable Of Everything, Yet Humankind Does Not Know Anything.

ضَرَبَ اللَّهُ مَثَلًا عَبْدًا مَّمْلُوكًا لَّا يَقْدِرُ عَلَىٰ شَيْءٍ وَمَن رَّزَقْنَاهُ مِنَّا رِزْقًا حَسَنًا فَهُوَ يُنفِقُ مِنْهُ سِرًّا وَجَهْرًا ۖ هَلْ يَسْتَوُونَ ۚ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ ۚ بَلْ أَكْثَرُهُمْ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ(75)

​​ 

Allah presents an example: a slave​​ [who is] owned and unable to do a thing and he to whom We have provided from Us good provision, so he spends from it secretly and publicly. Can they be equal? Praise to Allah! But most of them do not know (75).

Allah (SWT) Has Exemplified: A Slave Owned &​​ Enslaved Who Is Unable To Execute Anything. And He To Whom We (SWT) Provided Descent Supplies & Provisions. He Then Spends From This Collected Provision Confidentially & Publicly. Can They Be Equal?​​ Glory & Exaltation Be To Allah (SWT). However, Most Of Them Are Unaware.

وَضَرَبَ اللَّهُ مَثَلًا رَّجُلَيْنِ أَحَدُهُمَا أَبْكَمُ لَا يَقْدِرُ عَلَىٰ شَيْءٍ وَهُوَ كَلٌّ عَلَىٰ مَوْلَاهُ أَيْنَمَا يُوَجِّههُّ لَا يَأْتِ بِخَيْرٍ ۖ هَلْ يَسْتَوِي هُوَ وَمَن يَأْمُرُ بِالْعَدْلِ ۙ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ صِرَاطٍ​​ مُّسْتَقِيمٍ(76)

And Allah presents an example of two men, one of them dumb and unable to do a thing, while he is a burden to his guardian. Wherever he directs him, he brings no good. Is he equal to one who commands justice, while he is on a straight path?​​ (76).

And Allah (SWT) Gave An Example Of Two Men, One Dumb & Speechless, Incapable Of Performing Anything And Is An Encumbrance To His Custodian. Wherever He Directs Him, No Good Comes Out Of Him. Then Is He Equivalent To One Who Enjoins Justice Whilst He Is On A Straight Path.

وَلِلَّهِ غَيْبُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۚ وَمَا أَمْرُ السَّاعَةِ إِلَّا كَلَمْحِ الْبَصَرِ أَوْ هُوَ أَقْرَبُ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ(77)

And to Allah belongs the unseen [aspects] of the heavens and the earth. And the command for the Hour is not but as a glance of the eye or even nearer. Indeed, Allah is over all things competent (77).

And To Allah (SWT) Belongs The Unrevealed & Concealed Characteristics & Manifestations Of The Heavens & The Earth. And Then​​ Allah (SWT) Dictates The Arrival Of The Hereafter Which Is At A Glance Of The Human Eye Or Yet Nearer. Verily, Allah (SWT) Is The All Mighty Over All His Creation.

وَاللَّهُ أَخْرَجَكُم مِّن بُطُونِ أُمَّهَاتِكُمْ لَا تَعْلَمُونَ شَيْئًا وَجَعَلَ لَكُمُ السَّمْعَ وَالْأَبْصَارَ وَالْأَفْئِدَةَ ۙ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُرُونَ(78)

And Allah has extracted you from the wombs of your mothers not knowing a thing, and He made for you hearing and vision and intellect that perhaps you would be grateful (78).

And Allah (SWT) Has Extricated You From Your Mother’s Wombs With No Previous Knowledge Of Anything. He (SWT) Then Created For Humankind: Hearing, Vision & Hearts So That They Might Be Thankful.

أَلَمْ يَرَوْا إِلَى الطَّيْرِ مُسَخَّرَاتٍ فِي جَوِّ السَّمَاءِ مَا يُمْسِكُهُنَّ إِلَّا اللَّهُ ۗ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِّقَوْمٍ يُؤْمِنُونَ(79)

Do they not see the birds controlled in the atmosphere of the sky? None holds them up except Allah. Indeed in that are signs for a people who believe (79).

Do The Blasphemous​​ Disbelievers Not See The Birds Tranquil In The Ambience Of The Sky? Nothing Keeps Them Buoyant Except Allah (SWT). Verily, This Is An Ayah From Allah (SWT) Are Believers In Him (SWT).

وَاللَّهُ جَعَلَ لَكُم مِّن بُيُوتِكُمْ سَكَنًا وَجَعَلَ لَكُم مِّن جُلُودِ الْأَنْعَامِ بُيُوتًا تَسْتَخِفُّونَهَا يَوْمَ ظَعْنِكُمْ وَيَوْمَ إِقَامَتِكُمْ ۙ وَمِنْ أَصْوَافِهَا وَأَوْبَارِهَا وَأَشْعَارِهَا أَثَاثًا وَمَتَاعًا إِلَىٰ حِينٍ(80)

And Allah has made for you from your homes a place of rest and made for you from​​ the hides of the animals tents which you find light on your day of travel and your day of encampment; and from their wool, fur and hair is furnishing and enjoyment for a time (80).

And Allah (SWT) Made For Humankind Residence To Rest, Relax & Calm Down.​​ He (SWT) Also Made For Humankind Huts & Shelters Made Of Animal Hides, Easily Transportable & For Cantonment. And From Their Wool, Fur & Hair Is Furniture & Essential Baggage For A Certain Time.

وَاللَّهُ جَعَلَ لَكُم مِّمَّا خَلَقَ ظِلَالًا وَجَعَلَ لَكُم مِّنَ الْجِبَالِ أَكْنَانًا وَجَعَلَ لَكُمْ سَرَابِيلَ تَقِيكُمُ الْحَرَّ وَسَرَابِيلَ تَقِيكُم بَأْسَكُمْ ۚ كَذَٰلِكَ يُتِمُّ نِعْمَتَهُ عَلَيْكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُسْلِمُونَ(81)

​​ And Allah has made for you, from that which He has created, shadows and has​​ made for you from the mountains, shelters and has made for you garments which protect you from the heat and garments which protect you from your [enemy in] battle. Thus does He complete His favor upon you that you might submit [to Him] (81).

And Allah (SWT) Has Formed For You (Believers) From His Creation Casting Shadows & Created From The Mountains Shelters & Sanctuary. And He (SWT) Made For You (Believers) Garments & Clothing To Shelter You From (Natural) Heat & Conserve You From Your Enemy During Battle. Hence Does He (SWT) Achieve His Grace & Favour Upon Humankind That They Might Recognize Him (SWT) & Succumb To Him Almighty.

فَإِن تَوَلَّوْا فَإِنَّمَا عَلَيْكَ الْبَلَاغُ الْمُبِينُ(82)

But if they turn away, [O Muhammad] – then only upon you is [responsibility for] clear notification (82).

However, Oh Muhammad [Messenger Of Islam] If Humankind Who Listen & Comprehend Ayah 81 & Turn Their Back To You, Then Your Unquestionable Responsibility & Authority Is Notifying Them “Clearly & Undeniably” Of The​​ Message Of Islam.

يَعْرِفُونَ نِعْمَتَ اللَّهِ ثُمَّ يُنكِرُونَهَا وَأَكْثَرُهُمُ الْكَافِرُونَ(83)

They recognize the favor of Allah; then they deny it. And most of them are disbelievers (83).

​​ 

They Acknowledge & Confess The Favor Of Allah (SWT). They​​ Then Deny It And Most Of Them Are Blasphemous Disbelievers.

وَيَوْمَ نَبْعَثُ مِن كُلِّ أُمَّةٍ شَهِيدًا ثُمَّ لَا يُؤْذَنُ لِلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا وَلَا هُمْ يُسْتَعْتَبُونَ(84)

And [mention] the Day when We will resurrect from every nation a witness. Then it​​ will not be permitted to the disbelievers [to apologize or make excuses], nor will they be asked to appease [Allah] (84).

And On The Day [Judgment Day] When We (SWT) Call Upon Every Nation Their Witness Who Is Their Prophet & Messenger, Witnessing Their​​ Submission & Belief In The Creator, Allah (SWT) As Well As Witnessing Their Disbelief & Blasphemy. In That Case, No Apology Shall Be Accepted Or Conciliated In The Hereafter.

وَإِذَا رَأَى الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا الْعَذَابَ فَلَا يُخَفَّفُ عَنْهُمْ وَلَا هُمْ​​ يُنظَرُونَ(85)

And when those who wronged see the punishment, it will not be lightened for them, nor will they be reprieved (85).

And Once The Unjust [In Their Worldly Lifetime] See The Torment Facing Them​​ 

In The Hereafter, Then That Punishment Shall Not Be Eased, Relaxed Or Postponed.

وَإِذَا رَأَى الَّذِينَ أَشْرَكُوا شُرَكَاءَهُمْ قَالُوا رَبَّنَا هَٰؤُلَاءِ شُرَكَاؤُنَا الَّذِينَ كُنَّا نَدْعُو مِن دُونِكَ ۖ فَأَلْقَوْا إِلَيْهِمُ الْقَوْلَ إِنَّكُمْ لَكَاذِبُونَ(86)

And when those who associated​​ others with Allah see their “partners,” they will say,” Our Lord, these are our partners [to You] whom we used to invoke besides You.” But they will throw at them the statement, “Indeed, you are liars” (86).

And In The Hereafter, The Disbelievers, Blasphemous & Polytheists Upon Seeing Their Partners Shall Say, “Oh Allah (SWT) These Are The Partners Whom We Invoked & Admonished Other Than You”. However, They Will Be “Degraded” With The Statement: “Verily, You Are All Liars”.  ​​​​ 

وَأَلْقَوْا إِلَى اللَّهِ يَوْمَئِذٍ السَّلَمَ ۖ وَضَلَّ عَنْهُم مَّا كَانُوا يَفْتَرُونَ(87)

And they will impart to Allah that Day [their] submission, and lost from them is what they used to invent (87).

And They Shall Proclaim & Announce To Allah (SWT) – On Judgment Day – Their​​ Submission To Him (SWT) Of Their Aberrance & Deception, Declaring Their Repudiation & Annulment Of Their Invention & Fabrication In Their Worldly Lifetime.

الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا وَصَدُّوا عَن سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ زِدْنَاهُمْ عَذَابًا فَوْقَ الْعَذَابِ بِمَا كَانُوا يُفْسِدُونَ(88)

Those who disbelieved and averted [others] from the way of Allah – We will increase them in punishment over [their] punishment for what corruption they were causing (88).

Those Blasphemous Disbelievers Who Disbelieved &​​ Prevented &​​ Averted Humankind From The Path Of Allah (SWT) Shall Endure Torment In The Hereafter Over The Torment Already Prescribed For Them For The Dishonesty & Deception They Caused In Their Worldly Lifetime.

وَيَوْمَ نَبْعَثُ فِي كُلِّ أُمَّةٍ شَهِيدًا عَلَيْهِم مِّنْ أَنفُسِهِمْ ۖ وَجِئْنَا بِكَ شَهِيدًا عَلَىٰ هَٰؤُلَاءِ ۚ وَنَزَّلْنَا عَلَيْكَ الْكِتَابَ تِبْيَانًا لِّكُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةً وَبُشْرَىٰ لِلْمُسْلِمِين(89)

And [mention] the Day when We will resurrect among every nation a witness over them​​ from themselves. And We will bring you, [O Muhammad], as a witness over your nation. And We have sent down to you the Book as clarification for all things and as guidance and mercy and good tidings for the Muslims (89).

And Recount Oh Muhammad [Prophet &​​ Messenger Of Islam] On Judgment Day, When We (SWT) Will Resurrect For Every Nation A Witness Over Themselves Attesting To Their Actions In The Worldly Lifetimes. And We (SWT) Shall Call Upon You Oh Muhammad As A Witness Over Your Islamic Nation. And We (SWT) Have Revealed To You The Glorious Qur’an, Containing Clarification & Explanation For Everything And As Guidance, Mercy & Glad Tidings For The (Nation Of) Muslims.

انَّ اللَّهَ يَأْمُرُ بِالْعَدْلِ وَالْإِحْسَانِ وَإِيتَاءِ ذِي الْقُرْبَىٰ وَيَنْهَىٰ عَنِ الْفَحْشَاءِ وَالْمُنكَرِ وَالْبَغْيِ ۚ يَعِظُكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَذَكَّرُونَ(90)

Indeed, Allah orders justice and good conduct and giving to relatives and forbids immorality and bad conduct and oppression. He admonishes you that perhaps you will be​​ reminded (90).

Verily, Allah (SWT) Enjoins Justice, Charity & Good Conduct & Forbids Unethical, Unscrupulous Behavior & Oppressive Conduct. He (SWT) Thus

Admonishes Humankind To Remember His Command (SWT) Through This

Ayah.​​ ​​ 

وَأَوْفُوا بِعَهْدِ اللَّهِ إِذَا عَاهَدتُّمْ وَلَا تَنقُضُوا الْأَيْمَانَ بَعْدَ تَوْكِيدِهَا وَقَدْ جَعَلْتُمُ اللَّهَ عَلَيْكُمْ كَفِيلًا ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يَعْلَمُ مَا تَفْعَلُونَ​​ (91)

And fulfill the covenant of Allah when you have taken it, [O believers], and do not break oaths​​ after their confirmation while you have made Allah (SWT), over you, a witness. Indeed, Allah knows what you do (91).

And Attain, Fulfill & Consummate Your Covenant With Allah (SWT) Upon Taking It (Oh Muslim Believers) And Never Repeal & Rescind Oaths​​ After Confirming Them, Having Made​​ Allah (SWT) A Witness Over Your Actions. Verily, Allah (SWT) Has Full Awareness Of What You Perpetrate.

وَلَا تَكُونُوا كَالَّتِي نَقَضَتْ غَزْلَهَا مِن بَعْدِ قُوَّةٍ أَنكَاثًا تَتَّخِذُونَ أَيْمَانَكُمْ دَخَلًا​​ بَيْنَكُمْ أَن تَكُونَ أُمَّةٌ هِيَ أَرْبَىٰ مِنْ أُمَّةٍ ۚ إِنَّمَا يَبْلُوكُمُ اللَّهُ بِهِ ۚ وَلَيُبَيِّنَنَّ لَكُمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مَا كُنتُمْ فِيهِ تَخْتَلِفُون(92)

And do not be like she who untwisted her spun thread after it was​​ strong [by] taking your oaths as [means of] deceit between you because one community is more plentiful [in number or wealth] than another community. Allah only tries you thereby. And He will surely make clear to you on the Day of Resurrection that over which you used to​​ differ (92).

And Do Not Be Like The Woolen/Cotton Weaver Who Unwove His/Her Yarn, Taking Your Oaths In Deception Amongst Yourselves Since One Muslim Community Is Greater In Numbers Or In Wealth Than Another. And He (SWT) On Resurrection Day Shall Evidently Make Clear To Practicing Muslims Over That Which They Used To Differ.

وَلَوْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ لَجَعَلَكُمْ أُمَّةً وَاحِدَةً وَلَٰكِن يُضِلُّ مَن يَشَاءُ وَيَهْدِي مَن يَشَاءُ ۚ وَلَتُسْأَلُنَّ عَمَّا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ(93)

And if Allah had willed, He could have made you [of] one religion, but He causes to stray whom He wills and guides whom He wills. And you will surely be questioned about what you used to do (93).

And If Allah (SWT) Had Desired He (SWT) Would Have Made You (Mankind) Into One Nation. He​​ (SWT) However, Selects Whom He Guides To The Righteous Path, While Driving Other Humankind Into Delusion & Aberrance.

And All Humankind Shall Be Interrogated About Their Actions On Judgment Day.

وَلَا تَتَّخِذُوا أَيْمَانَكُمْ دَخَلًا بَيْنَكُمْ فَتَزِلَّ​​ قَدَمٌ بَعْدَ ثُبُوتِهَا وَتَذُوقُوا السُّوءَ بِمَا صَدَدتُّمْ عَن سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ ۖ وَلَكُمْ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ(94)

And do not take your oaths as [means of] deceit between you, lest a foot slip after it was [once] firm, and you would taste evil [in this world] for what [people] you diverted from the way of Allah , and you would have [in the Hereafter] a great punishment (94).

And Do Not Take Your Oaths As A Deception Amongst Yourselves To Avoid The Risk Of A Foot Slippage After Being Firm, Tasting Bad Deeds​​ In This World For Your Diversion Of Believers From The Path Of Allah (SWT). For This Act You Would, In The Hereafter Receive, Tremendous Torment.

وَلَا تَشْتَرُوا بِعَهْدِ اللَّهِ ثَمَنًا قَلِيلًا ۚ إِنَّمَا عِندَ اللَّهِ هُوَ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ(95)

And do not exchange the covenant of Allah for a small price. Indeed, what is with Allah is best for you, if only you could know (95).

And Do Not Purchase With The Pledge & Commitment Of Allah (SWT) A Cheap & Minuscule Value. Verily, Whatever​​ Allah (SWT) Possesses Is Best For Humankind If They Are Only Aware.

مَا عِندَكُمْ يَنفَدُ ۖ وَمَا عِندَ اللَّهِ بَاقٍ ۗ وَلَنَجْزِيَنَّ الَّذِينَ صَبَرُوا أَجْرَهُم بِأَحْسَنِ مَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ(96)

Whatever you have will end, but what Allah has is​​ lasting. And We will surely give those who were patient their reward according to the best of what they used to do (96).

Whatever You Humankind Possess Shall End. However, Whatever Allah (SWT) Owns Is Lasting. And We (SWT) Shall Recompense Humankind Who​​ Were Patient With The Best Of What They Did In Their Worldly Lifetime.

مَنْ عَمِلَ صَالِحًا مِّن ذَكَرٍ أَوْ أُنثَىٰ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ فَلَنُحْيِيَنَّهُ حَيَاةً طَيِّبَةً ۖ وَلَنَجْزِيَنَّهُمْ أَجْرَهُم بِأَحْسَنِ مَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ(97)

Whoever does righteousness, whether male or female, while he is a believer – We will surely cause him to live a good life, and We will surely give them their reward [in the Hereafter] according to the best of what they used to do (97).

Whosoever Performs Righteous Deeds,​​ Whether Male Or Female With Belief In Islam, We (SWT) Will Certainly Grant Him Or Her A Descent Life & We (SWT) Shall Reward Them In The Hereafter With The Ultimate Of Their Worldly Actions.

فَإِذَا قَرَأْتَ الْقُرْآنَ فَاسْتَعِذْ بِاللَّهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرجيم(98)

So when you recite the Qur’an, [first] seek refuge in Allah from Satan, the expelled [from His mercy].

Thus, Upon Reciting The Glorious Qur’an (Oh Muhammad Messenger Of Allah) Seek Refuge In Him (SWT) From Al Shaytan Al Rajeem [Who Has Been​​ Expelled From Allah (SWT)’s Mercy.

إِنَّهُ لَيْسَ لَهُ سُلْطَانٌ عَلَى الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَلَىٰ رَبِّهِمْ يَتَوَكَّلُونَ(99)

Indeed, there is for him no authority over those who have believed and rely upon their Lord (99).

Verily, Al Shaytan Al Rajeem Has No Authority, Power Or Command Over Those Who Have Submitted To Islam, To His Messenger & Who Rely On Allah (SWT).

إِنَّمَا سُلْطَانُهُ عَلَى الَّذِينَ يَتَوَلَّوْنَهُ وَالَّذِينَ هُم بِهِ مُشْرِكُونَ(100)

His authority is only over those who take him as an ally and those who through him associate others with Allah (100).

Shaytan’s Domain & Authority Is Only Over Humankind Who Take Him As A Proponent & Ally Associating Through Him Associates Other Than Allah (SWT).

وَإِذَا بَدَّلْنَا آيَةً مَّكَانَ آيَةٍ ۙ وَاللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ بِمَا يُنَزِّلُ قَالُوا إِنَّمَا أَنتَ مُفْتَرٍ ۚ بَلْ أَكْثَرُهُمْ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ(101)

And when We substitute a verse in place of a verse – and Allah is most knowing of what He sends down – they say, “You, [O Muhammad], are but an​​ inventor [of lies].” But most of them do not know (101).

And Upon Exchanging An Ayah In Place Of Another, And He (SWT) Is Well Aware Of What He (SWT) Reveals, The Non-Believers Would Say “Oh Muhammad: You Are But An Inventor Of Lies”. However, Most Of​​ Them

Are Unaware Of The Reality & Sincerity Of Muhammad & His Final Message.

قُلْ نَزَّلَهُ رُوحُ الْقُدُسِ مِن رَّبِّكَ بِالْحَقِّ لِيُثَبِّتَ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَهُدًى وَبُشْرَىٰ لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ(102)

Say, [O Muhammad], “The Pure Spirit has brought it down from your Lord in truth to make firm those who believe and as guidance and good tidings to the Muslims” (102).

Tell Them, Oh Messenger Of Allah (SWT), The Glorious Qur’an Was​​ 

Revealed Through Al Wa’hee Arch Angel Jibreel (AS) [The Holy Spirit] From Your Lord With Truth To Make The Muslim Believers Stand Firm & Steadfast​​ 

& Give Muslims Glad Tidings.

وَلَقَدْ نَعْلَمُ أَنَّهُمْ يَقُولُونَ إِنَّمَا يُعَلِّمُهُ بَشَرٌ ۗ لِّسَانُ الَّذِي يُلْحِدُونَ إِلَيْهِ أَعْجَمِيٌّ وَهَٰذَا لِسَانٌ عَرَبِيٌّ مُّبِينٌ(103)

And We certainly know that they say, “It is only a human being who teaches the Prophet.” The tongue of the one they refer to is foreign, and this Qur’an is [in] a clear Arabic language (103).

And We (SWT) Undoubtedly Know That Nonbelievers Would Say:​​ “Only A Human Teaches Muhammad. They Imply That The Tongue Is Non-Arabic, While The Glorious Qur’an Is Clearly Revealed In The Arabic Language.

إِنَّ الَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِآيَاتِ اللَّهِ لَا يَهْدِيهِمُ اللَّهُ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ(104)

Indeed,​​ those who do not believe in the verses of Allah – Allah will not guide them, and for them is a painful punishment.

Verily, Whosoever Does Not Believe In The Ayat Of The Glorious Qur’an As Revealed By Allah (SWT), He (SWT) Shall Not Guide Them To Salvation​​ And A Painful Torment Awaits Them.

إِنَّمَا يَفْتَرِي الْكَذِبَ الَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِآيَاتِ اللَّهِ ۖ وَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْكَاذِبُونَ(105)

They only invent falsehood who do not believe in the verses of Allah, and it is those who are the liars​​ (105).

Indeed Only Inventors Of Falsehood Are The Non-Believers In Allah (SWT) & Are The Deceivers Of Islam & Muslims.

مَن كَفَرَ بِاللَّهِ مِن بَعْدِ إِيمَانِهِ إِلَّا مَنْ أُكْرِهَ وَقَلْبُهُ مُطْمَئِنٌّ بِالْإِيمَانِ وَلَٰكِن مَّن شَرَحَ بِالْكُفْرِ​​ صَدْرًا فَعَلَيْهِمْ غَضَبٌ مِّنَ اللَّهِ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ(106)

Whoever disbelieves in Allah after his belief… except for one who is forced [to renounce his religion] while his heart is secure in faith. But those who [willingly] open their breasts to disbelief, upon them is wrath from Allah, and for them is a great punishment (106).

Whosoever Blasphemes In Allah (SWT) After Believing In Him, Except For A Believer Who Is Compelled To Concede & Abandon His Belief While His Heart Is Filled With Muslim Faith. On The Contrary, Whosoever Opens Their Chest To Blasphemy & Disbelief, Then They Shall Receive Tremendous Torment & Severe Punishment From Allah (SWT).

ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمُ اسْتَحَبُّوا الْحَيَاةَ الدُّنْيَا عَلَى الْآخِرَةِ وَأَنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الْكَافِرِينَ(107)

That is because they preferred the worldly life over the Hereafter and that Allah does not guide the disbelieving people (107).

Owing To The Fact That They Preferred & Chose This Worldly Life Over The Hereafter And Allah (SWT) Gives No Guidance To The Blasphemous Who Disbelieved in Him (SWT).​​ 

أُولَٰئِكَ الَّذِينَ طَبَعَ اللَّهُ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِمْ وَسَمْعِهِمْ وَأَبْصَارِهِمْ ۖ وَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْغَافِلُونَ(108)

Those are the ones over whose hearts and hearing and vision Allah has sealed, and it is those who are the heedless (108).

Those Are The Humankind Whom Allah (SWT) Has Sealed Their Hearts, And Their Hearing And Their Vision And They Do Not Give Regard Or Pay Attention To Their Actions.

لَا جَرَمَ أَنَّهُمْ فِي​​ الْآخِرَةِ هُمُ الْخَاسِرُونَ(109)

Assuredly, it is they, in the Hereafter, who will be the losers (109).

Certainly, It Is They Who In The Hereafter Are The Losers.

ثُمَّ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ لِلَّذِينَ هَاجَرُوا مِن بَعْدِ مَا فُتِنُوا ثُمَّ جَاهَدُوا

وَصَبَرُوا إِنَّ رَبَّكَ مِن بَعْدِهَا لَغَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ(110)

Then, indeed your Lord, to those who emigrated after they had been compelled [to renounce their religion] and thereafter fought [for the cause of Allah] and were patient – indeed, your Lord, after that,​​ is Forgiving and Merciful (110).

Then, Verily Your Lord (Oh Muhammad) To Those Muslims Who Emigrated After Having Been Enforced To Repudiate & Reject Islam And Henceforth Fought For The Cause Of Allah (SWT). After That Allah (SWT) Is Both Forgiving &​​ Merciful.​​ 

يَوْمَ تَأْتِي كُلُّ نَفْسٍ تُجَادِلُ عَن نَّفْسِهَا وَتُوَفَّىٰ كُلُّ نَفْسٍ مَّا عَمِلَتْ وَهُمْ لَا يُظْلَمُونَ(111)

On the Day when every soul will come disputing for itself, and every soul will be fully compensated for what it did, and they​​ will not be wronged (111).

On Judgment Day (In The Hereafter) Each Soul Shall Come To Face The Creator Allah (SWT) Arguing For Itself & For What It Did In Its Worldly Lifetime & Every Soul Shall Be Recompensed & Indemnified For What It Did.

وَضَرَبَ اللَّهُ مَثَلًا قَرْيَةً كَانَتْ آمِنَةً مُّطْمَئِنَّةً يَأْتِيهَا رِزْقُهَا رَغَدًا مِّن كُلِّ مَكَانٍ فَكَفَرَتْ بِأَنْعُمِ اللَّهِ فَأَذَاقَهَا اللَّهُ لِبَاسَ الْجُوعِ وَالْخَوْفِ بِمَا كَانُوا يَصْنَعُونَ(112)

And Allah presents an example: a city which​​ was safe and secure, its provision coming to it in abundance from every location, but it denied the favors of Allah ​​ So Allah made it taste the envelopment of hunger and fear for what they had been doing (112).

And Allah (SWT) Gave An Example Of A City Which Existed Safely & Securely With Its Provisions & Rations Arriving To It From Every Locality. However, It Rejected & Refused The Endless Favours Of Allah (SWT). Thus Allah (SWT) Made That City Taste The Hunger & Fear For Their Actions.

وَلَقَدْ جَاءَهُمْ​​ رَسُولٌ مِّنْهُمْ فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَأَخَذَهُمُ الْعَذَابُ وَهُمْ ظَالِمُونَ(113)

And there had certainly come to them a Messenger from among themselves, but they denied him; so punishment overtook them while they were wrongdoers (113).

And A Messenger From Amongst Themselves Had Come To Them. However, They Contradicted & Repudiated Him. Thus They Were Punished With Torment.

فَكُلُوا مِمَّا رَزَقَكُمُ اللَّهُ حَلَالًا طَيِّبًا وَاشْكُرُوا نِعْمَتَ اللَّهِ إِن كُنتُمْ إِيَّاهُ تَعْبُدُونَ(114)

Then eat of what​​ Allah has provided for you [which is] lawful and good. And be grateful for the favor of Allah, if it is [indeed] Him that you worship (114).

Thus Eat From What Allah (SWT) Has Provided & Supplied You With, Which Is Halal, Descent & Healthy And Be Thankful​​ For His Countless Favours & Creation To Humankind If Allah (SWT) Is The Deity You Worship.

إِنَّمَا حَرَّمَ عَلَيْكُمُ الْمَيْتَةَ وَالدَّمَ وَلَحْمَ الْخِنزِيرِ وَمَا أُهِلَّ لِغَيْرِ اللَّهِ بِهِ ۖ فَمَنِ اضْطُرَّ غَيْرَ بَاغٍ وَلَا عَادٍ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ(115)

He has only forbidden to you dead animals, blood, the flesh of swine, and that which has been dedicated to other than Allah. But whoever is forced [by necessity], neither desiring [it] nor transgressing [its limit] – then indeed,​​ Allah is Forgiving and Merciful (115).

He (SWT) Has Only Forbidden & Prohibited Muslims From Consuming Dead Animals, Their Blood, & Flesh In Addition To Animals Not Committed & Devoted To Him (SWT). However, Whoever Is Compelled Through Necessity (Neither​​ Desiring It Nor Transgressing Its Limits) Then Allah (SWT) Is Forgiving & Merciful.

وَلَا تَقُولُوا لِمَا تَصِفُ أَلْسِنَتُكُمُ الْكَذِبَ هَٰذَا حَلَالٌ وَهَٰذَا حَرَامٌ لِّتَفْتَرُوا عَلَى اللَّهِ الْكَذِبَ ۚ إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَفْتَرُونَ عَلَى اللَّهِ الْكَذِبَ لَا يُفْلِحُونَ(116)

And do not say about what your tongues assert of untruth, “This is lawful and this is unlawful,” to invent falsehood about Allah, Indeed, those who invent falsehood about Allah will not succeed (116).

And Do Not Utter Through Your Tongues, Assertions Of Lies, “This Is Halal & This Is Haram”, Contriving & Fabricating Falsehood About Allah (SWT). Verily Those Who Contrive Falsehood About Allah (SWT) Shall Not Succeed.

مَتَاعٌ قَلِيلٌ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ(117)

[It is but] a brief enjoyment, and they will have a painful punishment (117).

They Shall Briefly Enjoy The Assertions Of Lies About The One & Only Creator, Allah (SWT) Only To Be Followed By Painful Torment.

وَعَلَى الَّذِينَ هَادُوا حَرَّمْنَا مَا قَصَصْنَا عَلَيْكَ مِن قَبْلُ ۖ وَمَا ظَلَمْنَاهُمْ وَلَٰكِن كَانُوا أَنفُسَهُمْ يَظْلِمُونَ(118)

And to those who are Jews We have prohibited that which We related to you before. And We did not wrong them [thereby], but they were wronging themselves (118).

As For The Jews, We (SWT) Prohibited & Barred That Revelation Which We Related to You Previously. And We (SWT) Did Not Thereby Wrong Them. However, They Were Wronging Themselves.

ثمَّ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ لِلَّذِينَ عَمِلُوا السُّوءَ بِجَهَالَةٍ ثُمَّ تَابُوا مِن بَعْدِ ذَٰلِكَ وَأَصْلَحُوا إِنَّ رَبَّكَ مِن بَعْدِهَا لَغَفُورٌ رَّحِيم(119)

Then, indeed your Lord, to those who have done wrong out of ignorance and then repent after that and correct themselves – indeed, your Lord, thereafter, is Forgiving and Merciful (119).

Thus, Verily Your Lord Oh Muhammad To Those Who Perpetrated Wrong Action With Little Or No Knowledge And Repented (Correcting) Their Actions, Verily Allah (SWT) Henceforth Is Forgiving & Merciful.

إِنَّ إِبْرَاهِيمَ كَانَ أُمَّةً قَانِتًا لِّلَّهِ حَنِيفًا​​ وَلَمْ يَكُ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ(120)

Indeed, Abraham was a [comprehensive] leader, devoutly obedient to Allah, inclining toward truth, and he was not of those who associate others with Allah.

Verily, Our Father Muslim Prophet Ibrahim (AS) Was A True, Overall Comprehensive Prophet, Devoutly Obedient To Allah (SWT), Inclined Towards The Truth & Did Not Associate Any Creation With Allah (SWT).

شَاكِرًا لِّأَنْعُمِهِ ۚ اجْتَبَاهُ وَهَدَاهُ إِلَىٰ صِرَاطٍ مُّسْتَقِيمٍ(121)

[He was] grateful for His favors.​​ Allah chose him and guided him to a straight path (121).

Prophet Ibrahim Was Thankful & Grateful For All The Favours From Allah (SWT). Allah (SWT) Chose & Guided The Father Of Prophets To a Straight Path.

وَآتَيْنَاهُ فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً ۖ وَإِنَّهُ فِي الْآخِرَةِ لَمِنَ الصَّالِحِينَ(122)

And We gave him good in this world, and indeed, in the Hereafter he will be among the righteous (122).

And We (SWT) Granted Prophet Ibrahim In The Worldly Lifetime A Moral, Decent & Ethical Standing As Well As In The Hereafter.

ثمَّ أَوْحَيْنَا إِلَيْكَ أَنِ اتَّبِعْ مِلَّةَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ حَنِيفًا ۖ وَمَا كَانَ​​ 

مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ(123)

Then We revealed to you, [O Muhammad], to follow the religion of Abraham, inclining toward truth; and he was not of those who associate with Allah (123).

And Then We (SWT) Revealed To You Oh Muhammad To Follow Prophet Ibrahim Who Was Inclined Towards The Truth (Haneefan).

إِنَّمَا جُعِلَ السَّبْتُ عَلَى الَّذِينَ اخْتَلَفُوا فِيهِ ۚ وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَيَحْكُمُ بَيْنَهُمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فِيمَا كَانُوا فِيهِ يَخْتَلِفُونَ(124)

The sabbath was only appointed for those who differed over it. And indeed, your Lord will judge between them on the Day of Resurrection concerning that​​ over which they used to differ (124).

Verily, The Sabbath​​ (Saturday) Was Singled Out For Those Who Differed Over It. And Indeed, Allah (SWT) Shall On Resurrection Day Judge Between Those Who Used To Differ On The Sabbath.

ادْعُ إِلَىٰ سَبِيلِ رَبِّكَ بِالْحِكْمَةِ وَالْمَوْعِظَةِ الْحَسَنَةِ ۖ وَجَادِلْهُم بِالَّتِي هِيَ أَحْسَنُ ۚ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِمَن ضَلَّ عَن سَبِيلِهِ ۖ وَهُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِالْمُهْتَدِينَ(125)

Invite to the way of your Lord with wisdom and good instruction, and argue with them in a way that is best. Indeed, your Lord is most knowing​​ of who has strayed from His way, and He is most knowing of who is [rightly] guided (125).

Oh Muhammad Call Upon Muslims To The Straight Path Of Your Lord (SWT) In A Wise, Prudent, Knowledgeable & Enlightened Way. Verily, Allah (SWT) Is Most Knowledgeable​​ Of Those Who Have Strayed From His Path And He Is Most Knowledgeable Of Those Who Remained On The Path Of Allah (SWT).

وَإِنْ عَاقَبْتُمْ فَعَاقِبُوا بِمِثْلِ مَا عُوقِبْتُم بِهِ ۖ وَلَئِن صَبَرْتُمْ لَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لِّلصَّابِرِين (126)

And if you punish​​ [an enemy, O believers], punish with an equivalent of that with which you were harmed. But if you are patient – it is better for those who are patient (126).

And If You Oh Muhammad Punish An Enemy Or Believers, Then Penalize Or Discipline With The Same Act & Amount With Which You Were Penalized. However, Being Patient Is Better.

وَاصْبِرْ وَمَا صَبْرُكَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ ۚ وَلَا تَحْزَنْ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا تَكُ فِي ضَيْقٍ مِّمَّا يَمْكُرُونَ(127)

And be patient, [O Muhammad], and your patience is not but​​ through Allah. And do not grieve over them and do not be in distress over what they conspire (127).

And Oh Messenger Of Allah (SWT) Be Tolerant & Forbearing Since Your Patience Is Only Through Allah (SWT) And Do Not Be Sad & Miserable Over The Conspiracies Of The Disbelievers.

إِنَّ اللَّهَ مَعَ الَّذِينَ اتَّقَوا وَّالَّذِينَ هُم مُّحْسِنُونَ(128)

Indeed, Allah is with those who fear Him and those who are doers of good.

Verily, Allah (SWT) Is Along Side Those Who Fear Him (SWT), Are Philanthropists & Those Who Perform Good Deeds.
