Surat Al–Ahzab
(Surah No. 33)
Ayat 1-73
O Prophet, fear Allah and do not obey the disbelievers and the hypocrites. Indeed, Allah is ever Knowing and Wise (1).
Oh Prophet Muhammad (SAAS) Have Piety Towards Allah (SWT) & do not obey the blasphemous disbelievers & hypocrites. Truly, Allah (SWT) is all knowledeable & wise.
And follow that which is revealed to you from your Lord. Indeed Allah is ever, with what you do, Acquainted (2).
And pursue that which is Rvealed to you from Allah (SWT). Truly, Allah (SWT) is Acquainted & Familiar with what you do Oh Messenger of Allah.
And rely upon Allah; and sufficient is Allah as Disposer of affairs (3).
And depend upon Allah (SWT) & Sufficient is He (SWT) as the Arranger of affairs of humankind.
Allah has not made for a man two hearts in his interior. And He has not made your wives whom you declare unlawful your mothers. And he has not made your adopted sons your [true] sons. That is [merely] your saying by your mouths, but Allah says the truth, and He guides you to the [right] way (4).
Allah (SWT) Has Not Created for Humankind, two hearts in his abdomen. And He (SWT) has not Made your wives whom you profess unlawful your mothers. Equally well, He (SWT) Has Not Made your adopted sons your “true” sons. That is simply what you humankind utter with your mouth. However, He (SWT) Declares the Truth & Guides you to the Straight & Correct Path.
Call them by [the names of] their fathers; it is more just in the sight of Allah. But if you do not know their fathers – then they are [still] your brothers in religion and those entrusted to you. And there is no blame upon you for that in which you have erred but [only for] what your hearts intended. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful (5).
Invoke your Muslim brothers by their father’s name; this action is more just & unprejudiced. However, if you are do not their fathers – then they are nevertheless your brothers in Islam as well as those endowed to you. And Allah (SWT) does not blame you for trespassing, but only for what your intended. And Allah (SWT) Is Always Forgiving & Merciful.
The Prophet is more worthy of the believers than themselves, and his wives are [in the position of] their mothers. And those of [blood] relationships are more entitled [to inheritance] in the decree of Allah than the [other] believers and the emigrants, except that you may do to your close associates a kindness [through bequest]. That was in the Book inscribed (6).
Prophet Muhammad (SAAS) is more deserving of the Muslim believers than themselves, and the Wives of the Prophet Muhammad (SAAS) resemble their Muslim mothers. And those the Muslims of blood relationships have priority & entitlement to inheritance in the Glorious Qur’an than other Muslims & Muslim emigrants, excluding the Muslims who may do their close associates a courtesy via an inheritance. That was Inscribed in the Glorious Qur’an when it was Revealed to Prophet Muhammad (SAAS).
And [mention, O Muhammad], when We took from the prophets their covenant and from you and from Noah and Abraham and Moses and Jesus, the son of Mary; and We took from them a solemn covenant (7).
And Oh Muhammad (SAAS) allude to When We (SWT) Took from the Prophets their warrant & commitment as well as from you Oh Muhmmad (SAAS) & from Prophets Nouh, Ibraheem, Mousa & Jesus (the Son of Mary); and We (SWT) Received from all of them their Solemn Covenant.
That He may question the truthful about their truth. And He has prepared for the disbelievers a painful punishment (8).
That Allah (SWT) shall question the truthful of humankind about the truth which they believe in. And He (SWT) Has Prepared Torment for the blasphemous disbelievers.
O you who have believed, remember the favor of Allah upon you when armies came to [attack] you and We sent upon them a wind and armies [of angels] you did not see. And ever is Allah , of what you do, Seeing (9).
Oh, you Muslim Believers, remember & mention the Blessing of Allah (SWT) Upon you when non-Muslim Armies threatened to attack you & We (SWT) Cast upon the attackers winds & armies of invisible angles. And Allah (SWT) is Observant of what humankind perpetrates.
Remember when they came at you from above you and from below you, and when eyes shifted [in fear], and hearts reached the throats and you assumed about Allah [various] assumptions (10).
Oh Muhammad (SAAS) Recall when the blasphemous hypocrites from the confederate enemies attempted to attack you in what came to be known as the “incursion” against You Muhammad (SAAS). This “Trench incursion” or the “Confederate incursion” was planned to attack the Messenger of Islam (SAAS) in Yathrib (Presently named Al Medina) in year Five of His Hijrah.
There the believers were tested and shaken with a severe shaking (11).
There & then the Muslim believers were put through the test & scrutinized only to be shaken & vibrated a severe vibration.
And [remember] when the hypocrites and those in whose hearts are disease said, ” Allah and His Messenger did not promise us except delusion,”(12).
And recall Oh Muhammad (SAAS) when the blasphemous hypocrites & the those with diseased hearts, said ” Allah (SWT) & His Messenger (SAAS) only promised us illusion & deception”.
And when a faction of them said, “O people of Yathrib, there is no stability for you [here], so return [home].” And a party of them asked permission of the Prophet, saying, “Indeed, our houses are unprotected,” while they were not exposed. They did not intend except to flee (13).
And then a faction of the Blasphemous Confederates said, “Oh people of Yathrib (Presently Medina), there is no place for you here, thus return home. And a group of them asked permission from Muhammad (SAAS), saying “truly our homes are without protection”, however they lied, since they only intended to escape & vanish.
And if they had been entered upon from all its [surrounding] regions and fitnah had been demanded of them, they would have done it and not hesitated over it except briefly (14).
And had the confederate hypocrates entered from all sides of Yathrib and were asked for temptation & seduction, they would have perpetrated & committed the sin, without hesitation only briefly.
And they had already promised Allah before not to turn their backs and flee. And ever is the promise to Allah [that about which one will be] questioned (15).
And the confederate hypocrites Gave Allah (SWT) a Promise before not turning their backs and escape. And the Promise humankind makes to Allah (SWT) shall be questioned on Judgment Day in the Hereafter.
Say, [O Muhammad], “Never will fleeing benefit you if you should flee from death or killing; and then [if you did], you would not be given enjoyment [of life] except for a little”(16).
Oh Muhammad (SAAS) tell the blasphemous disbelievers, fleeing from death, assassination, or elimination shall not avail you. And even then, you shall not be granted enjoyment of human life. But, only for a limited time.
Say, “Who is it that can protect you from Allah if He intends for you an ill or intends for you a mercy?” And they will not find for themselves besides Allah any protector or any helper (17).
Oh Muhammad (SAAS) [Prophet & Messenger of Islam], Tell the Muslim Believers following you, “Who is able to protect you from Allah (SWT) if He Chooses for Muslims ‘Bad Fate’ or Grace & Mercy?” And Muslims will not find for themselves Other than Allah (SWT) any Protector or any Aid.
Already Allah knows the hinderers among you and those [hypocrites] who say to their brothers, “Come to us,” and do not go to battle, except for a few,(18).
Allah (SWT) hitherto Knows those hinderers amongst humankind & particularly the hypocritical disbelievers who call their confidents, “come to us” & do not enter battle thus forsaking supporting Muhammad (SAAS) & his followers.
Indisposed toward you. And when fear comes, you see them looking at you, their eyes revolving like one being overcome by death. But when fear departs, they lash you with sharp tongues, indisposed toward [any] good. Those have not believed, so Allah has rendered their deeds worthless, and ever is that, for Allah , easy (19).
Reluctant & unwilling toward you. And if & when fear overcomes them, you see them Oh Muhammad (SAAS) looking at you as if being overcome by passing away by death. However, upon fear diminishing, they sting & scold you with their sharp tongues. Disinclined towards any kindness. Those humankinds have not believed in Allah (SWT), In the Glorious Qur’an, nor in Islam. Consequently, Allah (SWT) Has Rendered their effort worthless, & that Action for Allah (SWT) is Simple & Feasible.
They think the companies have not [yet] withdrawn. And if the companies should come [again], they would wish they were in the desert among the Bedouins, inquiring [from afar] about your news. And if they should be among you, they would not fight except for a little (20).
The confederate hypocrites believe that they have not withdrawn yet. And if the hypocritical confederates should come [again], they would wish they were in the desert among the Bedouins, inquiring [from afar] about your news. And if they should be amongst you, they would not fight except for a limited duration.
There has certainly been for you in the Messenger of Allah an excellent pattern for anyone whose hope is in Allah and the Last Day and [who] remembers Allah often (21).
There has certainly been for you in the Messenger of Allah (SWT), Muhammad (SAAS) an “Amicable Example” for anyone whose hope is in Allah (SWT) and the Last Day (Of Judgment) and [who] remembers Allah (SWT) Always.
And when the believers saw the companies, they said, “This is what Allah and His Messenger had promised us, and Allah and His Messenger spoke the truth.” And it increased them only in faith and acceptance (22).
And upon the Muslim Believers in Allah (SWT) & His Messenger observed the hypocritical confederates, they said: “this is what Allah (SWT) & His Messenger (SAAS) Promised the Muslim Believers. And Allah (SWT) & His Messenger (SAAS) Revealed the Truth”. And this only increased the Muslim Believers in Faith & Acceptance.
Among the believers are men true to what they promised Allah . Among them is he who has fulfilled his vow [to the death], and among them is he who awaits [his chance]. And they did not alter [the terms of their commitment] by any alteration (23).
Amongst the Muslim Believes are men who Believed in what they promised Allah (SWT). Amongst them are those who have accomplished their vow to Allah (SWT) until death. While others await their opportunity & have not changed their obligation whatsoever.
That Allah may reward the truthful for their truth and punish the hypocrites if He wills or accept their repentance. Indeed, Allah is ever Forgiving and Merciful (24).
Such that Allah (SWT) Will Reward the truthful of Humankind for their truth & Chastise the hypocrites & disbelievers if He (SWT) Wills or Accepts their remorse. Truly, Allah (SWT) is forever & always Forgiving & Merciful. 
And Allah repelled those who disbelieved, in their rage, not having obtained any good. And sufficient was Allah for the believers in battle, and ever is Allah Powerful and Exalted in Might (25).
And Allah (SWT) repulsed & evicted those who disbelieved due to their anger & outrage having not gained any benevolence. And Allah (SWT) Spared the Believers from combat. He (SWT) is Forever Exalted in Might & Power.
And He brought down those who supported them among the People of the Scripture from their fortresses and cast terror into their hearts [so that] a party you killed, and you took captive a party (26).
And Allah (SWT) descended those who supported them amongst the Sacred Holy Bible from their fortresses Casting Trepidation into their hearts such that a group you kill & another was captivated.
And He caused you to inherit their land and their homes and their properties and a land which you have not trodden. And ever is Allah , over all things, competent (27).
And He (SWT) facilitated you Believers in Muhammad (SAAS) & in Islam to inherit their homes, their properties & land which you have not trodden. And He (SWT) Is Over All Creation Competent.
O Prophet, say to your wives, “If you should desire the worldly life and its adornment, then come, I will provide for you and give you a gracious release (28).
Oh Muhammad (SAAS), address your wives, “If each of you desire the worldly life & its embellishment, then approach me so that I will provide for you & graciously grant you a release.
But if you should desire Allah and His Messenger and the home of the Hereafter – then indeed, Allah has prepared for the doers of good among you a great reward (29).
However, if you so desire Allah (SWT) & His Messenger Muhammad (SAAS) & the Hereafter, then surely, Allah (SWT) Has Prepared for the Righteous amongst you a great reward.
O wives of the Prophet, whoever of you should commit a clear immorality – for her the punishment would be doubled two-fold, and ever is that, for Allah , easy (30).
Oh, wives of the Prophet Muhammad (SAAS), whoever amongst you might perpetrate an obvious aberration, then her penalty & retribution would be doubled two-fold. And that reprimand is ever easy for Allah (SWT).
And whoever of you devoutly obeys Allah and His Messenger and does righteousness – We will give her reward twice; and We have prepared for her a noble provision (31).
And who amongst you ‘wives’ of the Messenger (SAAS) of Allah (SWT) who displays deep Muslim feelings, performing righteous deeds, then We (SWT) shall give her ‘Twice the Reward’, Preparing for her a Noble Provision.
O wives of the Prophet, you are not like anyone among women. If you fear Allah , then do not be soft in speech [to men], lest he in whose heart is disease should covet, but speak with appropriate speech (32).
Oh, wives of the Prophet of Islam Muhammad (SAAS), you are not like any amongst other women. If You (wives of the Prophet) Fear & Submit to Allah (SWT) thence, do not soft talk to “strange men” lest they ” in whose heart is disease & sickness would desire & crave. Therefore, speak to them with convenient & sufficient speech.
And abide in your houses and do not display yourselves as [was] the display of the former times of ignorance. And establish prayer and give zakat and obey Allah and His Messenger. Allah intends only to remove from you the impurity [of sin], O people of the [Prophet’s] household, and to purify you with [extensive] purification (33).
And remain adhered to your homes & do not expose yourselves as you used to show yourselves in the previous times of ignorance. And Establish five daily Muslim Prayers, Giving out Alms (Zakat), Obeying Allah (SWT) & His Final Messenger of Islam Muhammad (SAAS). Allah (SWT) Aspires only to Drive Out from the Prophet’s household the impurity of Sin, Providing them with substantial Purification.
And remember what is recited in your houses of the verses of Allah and wisdom. Indeed, Allah is ever Subtle and Acquainted [with all things].
And recollect what is recited in your homes of the Ayat of Allah (SWT) & Prudence. Truly, Allah (SWT) is Masterful & Acquainted with all Creation.
Indeed, the Muslim men and Muslim women, the believing men and believing women, the obedient men and obedient women, the truthful men and truthful women, the patient men and patient women, the humble men and humble women, the charitable men and charitable women, the fasting men and fasting women, the men who guard their private parts and the women who do so, and the men who remember Allah often and the women who do so – for them Allah has prepared forgiveness and a great reward (35).
Truly, the Muslim men and Muslim women, the believing men and believing women, the obedient men and obedient women, the truthful men and truthful women, the patient men and patient women, the humble men and humble women, the charitable men and charitable women, the fasting men and fasting women, the men who guard their private parts and the women who do so, and the men who remember Allah (SWT) often and the women who do so – for them Allah (SWT) has prepared forgiveness and a great reward.
It is not for a believing man or a believing woman, when Allah and His Messenger have decided a matter, that they should [thereafter] have any choice about their affair. And whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger has certainly strayed into clear error (36).
And it is not for a believing man or a believing woman, when Allah and His Messenger have decided a matter, that they should [thereafter] have any choice about their affair. And whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger has certainly strayed into clear error & aberrance.
And [remember, O Muhammad], when you said to the one on whom Allah bestowed favor and you bestowed favor, “Keep your wife and fear Allah ,” while you concealed within yourself that which Allah is to disclose. And you feared the people, while Allah has more right that you fear Him. So, when Zayd had no longer any need for her, We married her to you in order that there not be upon the believers any discomfort concerning the wives of their adopted sons when they no longer have need of them. And ever is the command of Allah accomplished (37).
And recall Oh Muhammad (SAAS), when you said to whom Allah (SWT) Has Granted Favors & you similarly bestowed favors, “keep your wife & fear Allah (SWT) ,” while you concealed within yourself that which Allah (SWT) Is To Disclose. And you feared the people, while Allah (SWT) Has More Right that you Fear Him (SWT). And thus, upon Zayd (Bin Haritha) [who Muhammad (SAAS) got to marry His Cousin <from his father’s side: Zayneb Daughter of Jahsh> divorced Zayneb. We (SWT) Encouraged you Prophet of Islam (SAAS) to Marry Her (As A ‘Claimant’) <أدعيائهم >. In order that there not be upon the Muslim Believers any discomfort regarding the wives of their adopted sons when they no longer need them. And the Command of Allah (SWT) Is Ever & Always Achievable.
There is not to be upon the Prophet any discomfort concerning that which Allah has imposed upon him. [This is] the established way of Allah with those [prophets] who have passed on before. And ever is the command of Allah a destiny decreed (38).
There has not been upon the Prophet Muhammad (SAAS) any embarrassment nor any discomfort over what Allah (SWT) Imposed upon him. This is the Sunnah of Allah (SWT) with all Prophets before Muhmmad (SAAS) [The Prophet of Islam being the Final Prophet & Messenger of All Creation]. And Ever & Always Is The Command of Allah (SWT) A Decreed Destiny.
[ Allah praises] those who convey the messages of Allah and fear Him and do not fear anyone but Allah . And sufficient is Allah as Accountant (39).
Those Muslim Believers who transmit the Messages Of Allah (SWT), Fearing Him & Only Him, and not fearing any other humankind. And Adequate & Sufficient Is Allah (SWT) as the Ultimate Accountant.
Muhammad is not the father of [any] one of your men, but [he is] the Messenger of Allah and last of the prophets. And ever is Allah , of all things, Knowing (40).
The Last Prophet of Islam Muhammad (SAAS) is not the Patriarch or the Biological Father of any of your men. However, He (SAAS) is the Final Messenger of All Prophets & Messengers to Creation. And Allah (SWT) Is Knowledgeable of All Existence & Creation.
O you who have believed, remember Allah with much remembrance (41).
Oh, you Muslims who have Believed in Allah (SWT) & His Messenger (SAAS), Remember Allah (SWT) With Many Reminiscences.
And exalt Him morning and afternoon (42).
And Praise, Exalt & Glorify Him (SWT) Morning & Afternoon.
It is He who confers blessing upon you, and His angels [ask Him to do so] that He may bring you out from darknesses into the light. And ever is He, to the believers, Merciful (43).
He (SWT) Is The Creator Who Grants, Endows & Bestows Upon Muslim Believers Blessings & Allah (SWT)’s Angles Intercede in order that He (SWT) Liberates humankind from darknesses into His Light (SWT). And Allah (SWT) Is Ever & Always Merciful to Humankind who Submit to His Glory & Follow His Last Prophet & Messenger Muhammad (SAAS).
Their greeting on the Day they meet Him will be “Peace.” And He has prepared for them a noble reward (44).
On the Day the Believers Meet Allah (SWT), Shall Be “Peace”. And He (SWT) Has Arranged for them a Noble Reward.
O Prophet, indeed, We have sent you as a witness and a bringer of good tidings and a warner (45).
Oh Muhammad, Prophet of Islam, We (SWT) Have Delivered you as a Witness, a Bringer of glad tidings & as a Warner.
And one who invites to Allah , by His permission, and an illuminating lamp (46).
And one who to the Submission of Allah (SWT) with His Permission (SWT) & Via an Illuminating Lamp.
And give good tidings to the believers that they will have from Allah great bounty (47).
And Oh Muhammad (SAAS) give glad tidings to the believers that they shall Obtain from Allah (SWT) Recompense.
And do not obey the disbelievers and the hypocrites but do not harm them and rely upon Allah . And sufficient is Allah as Disposer of affairs (48).
And Oh, Prophet of Islam do not submit to the blasphemous disbelievers & hypocrites. However, do not bring harm upon them & Depend Upon Allah (SWT). For He (SWT) is The Adequate Arranger of Your Affairs Oh Muhammad (SAAS).
O You who have believed, when you marry believing women and then divorce them before you have touched them, then there is not for you any waiting period to count concerning them. So, provide for them and give them a gracious release (49).
Oh, you Muslims who have Believed in Allah (SWT), the Prophet Muhammad (SAAS) & in the Glorious Qur’an, when you marry Muslim woman, then divorce them before “touching” them, then there is no “counting period” to count. Hence, provide them with sustenance, giving them a gracious release.
O Prophet, indeed We have made lawful to you your wives to whom you have given their due compensation and those your right hand possesses from what Allah has returned to you [of captives] and the daughters of your paternal uncles and the daughters of your paternal aunts and the daughters of your maternal uncles and the daughters of your maternal aunts who emigrated with you and a believing woman if she gives herself to the Prophet [and] if the Prophet wishes to marry her, [this is] only for you, excluding the [other] believers. We certainly know what We have made obligatory upon them concerning their wives and those their right hands possess, [but this is for you] in order that there will be upon you no discomfort. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful (50).
Oh, Muhammad (SAAS) Prophet of Islam, Indeed We (SWT) Have Made Lawful to you your wives to whom you have given their due reparations as well as those your “right hand” has possessed from what Allah (SWT) Has Returned to you of prisoners and the daughters of your paternal uncles and the daughters of your paternal aunts and the daughters of your maternal uncles and the daughters of your maternal aunts who emigrated with you and a believing woman who, if she grants herself to the Prophet of Islam & He (SAAS) Wishes to marry her “exclusively”, then this female is Soley & Uniquely for You Oh Muhammad (SAAS). We (SWT) Certainly & Evidently Are Aware of what We (SWT) Have Made Obligatory upon them concerning their wives and those their right hands possess. However, this act is for you Oh Muhammad (SAAS) exclusively in order that there will be no discomfort or inconvenience upon you. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful (50).
You, [O Muhammad], may put aside whom you will of them or take to yourself whom you will. And any that you desire of those [wives] from whom you had [temporarily] separated – there is no blame upon you [in returning her]. That is more suitable that they should be content and not grieve and that they should be satisfied with what you have given them – all of them. And Allah knows what is in your hearts. And ever is Allah Knowing and Forbearing (51).
With Allah (SWT) Grace & Mercy, you are allowed to put aside whom you will of your wives or take to yourself whom you will. And any that you desire of those [wives] from whom you had [temporarily] separated – there is no blame upon you [in returning her to her home] Oh Prophet of Islam. That is more appropriate so that they are contented & pleased with your decision to all of them. Allah (SWT) is Fully Aware with what your hearts carry. And He (SWT) Is All Knowing & Forbearing.
Not lawful to you, [O Muhammad], are [any additional] women after [this], nor [is it] for you to exchange them for [other] wives, even if their beauty were to please you, except what your right hand possesses. And ever is Allah over all things, an Observer (52).
Oh, Prophet of Islam, you are not allowed to have extra women after this Grace from Allah (SWT). Nor are you allowed to “exchange” them for other wives despite you being attracted to them, only in the case of your right hand possesses. And Allah (SWT) is Observant Over All Things.
O you who have believed, do not enter the houses of the Prophet except when you are permitted for a meal, without awaiting its readiness. But when you are invited, then enter; and when you have eaten, disperse without seeking to remain for conversation. Indeed, that [behavior] was troubling the Prophet, and he is shy of [dismissing] you. But Allah is not shy of the truth. And when you ask [his wives] for something, ask them from behind a partition. That is purer for your hearts and their hearts. And it is not [conceivable or lawful] for you to harm the Messenger of Allah or to marry his wives after him, ever. Indeed, that would be in the sight of Allah an enormity (53).
Oh, Believers in Islam & the Prophet Muhammad (SAAS), Allah (SWT) Commands Each Of You Not To Enter the Houses of the Prophet until you are Allowed as an Invitee for a meal without anticipating its readiness. However, upon being invited then enter & have your meal. Once you have completed your meal, then spread out from the Prophet’s house without seeking any type of conversation. Evidently & truly that [behavior] was troubling to the Prophet, and he is shy of [dismissing] you. But Allah (SWT) Is Not Shy of the Truth. And when you believers in Islam & the Prophet of Islam ask [his wives] for something, ask them from behind a partitionment. That is purer for your hearts and their hearts. And it is not [conceivable or lawful] for you to harm the Messenger of Allah or to marry his wives after him, “ever”. Indeed, that would be in the Sight of Allah (SWT) an Immensity & Enormity.
Whether you reveal a thing or conceal it, indeed Allah is ever, of all things, Knowing (54).
If you Muslim Believers expose a thing or hide & suppress it. Truly & Certainly, Allah (SWT) is Aware & Knowledgeable of all things & all Creation.
There is no blame upon women concerning their fathers or their sons or their brothers or their brothers’ sons or their sisters’ sons or their women or those their right hands possess. And fear Allah . Indeed, Allah is ever, over all things, Witness (55).
There is no reprimand upon Muslim women, concerning their fathers or their sons or their brothers or their brothers’ sons or their sisters’ sons or their women or those their right hands possess. And fear Allah . Truly & Evidently, Allah (SWT) Is Ever, over all things, Witness.
Indeed, Allah confers blessing upon the Prophet, and His angels [ask Him to do so]. O you who believed, ask [ Allah to confer] blessing upon him and ask [ Allah to grant him] peace (56).
Evidently & Truly Allah (SWT) Grants & Awards the Prophet & Messenger of Islam Blessings and (SWT)’s Angles Follow Suit. Oh, Muslim Believers Submit to Allah (SWT) Asking Him (SWT) to Confer Blessing & Protection Upon the Messenger Muhammad (SAAS) Granting Him Peace & Tranquility.
Indeed, those who abuse Allah and His Messenger – Allah has cursed them in this world and the Hereafter and prepared for them a humiliating punishment (57).
Truly, those humankind who desire to mistreat & assault Allah (SWT) & His Messenger (SAAS), Allah (SWT) shall curse them in this worldly life & in the Hereafter, Preparing for them an embarrassing torment.
And those who harm believing men and believing women for [something] other than what they have earned have certainly born upon themselves a slander and manifest sin (58).
And those blasphemous disbelievers who seek to hurt & injure believing men & woman for an act which they are innocent of have evidently brought themselves a slander & visible sin.
O Prophet, tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to bring down over themselves [part] of their outer garments. That is more suitable that they will be known and not be abused. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful (59).
Oh Prophet Muhammad (SAAS) inform your wives as well as your daughters in addition to the Wives of the Muslim Believers that All Woman should draw their outer garments close to their bodies. That action is more brotherly & friendly so that they are not abused or exploited.
If the hypocrites and those in whose hearts is disease and those who spread rumors in al-Madinah do not cease, We will surely incite you against them; then they will not remain your neighbors therein except for a little (60).
On the assumption that the blasphemous disbelievers & hypocrites as well as those whose hearts are diseased spreading gossip & hearsay in Al Madina Al Munawara, do not refrain, We (SWT) Shall Evidently Encourage you Oh Muhammad (SAAS) against them; in that case they will not continue to exist as you neighbors, except for a limited period.
Accursed wherever they are found, [being] seized and massacred completely (61).
Shameful & disgraceful wherever & whenever they show themselves, they are slaughtered & exterminated.
[This is] the established way of Allah with those who passed on before; and you will not find in the way of Allah any change (62).
This is the Sunnah of Allah (SWT) regarding Muslim Believers (See Ayah 38 in this Surah) who passed on before, and you Oh Muhammad (SAAS) will not find any change in the Sunnah of Allah (SWT).
People ask you concerning the Hour. Say,” Knowledge of it is only with Allah . And what may make you perceive? Perhaps the Hour is near”(63).
Oh, Muhammad (SAAS) humankind ask you about the occurrence & knowledge of the hereafter? Reply, Oh Prophet Muhammad (SAAS) that its knowledge & exclusivity is with Allah (SWT).
Indeed, Allah has cursed the disbelievers and prepared for them a Blaze (64).
Evidently & surely, Allah (SWT) Has Cursed the blasphemous disbelievers Preparing for them Inferno & Hellfire.
Abiding therein forever, they will not find a protector or a helper (65).
Persisting & remaining therein forever, unable to find a protector or assistant.
The Day their faces will be turned about in the Fire, they will say, “How we wish we had obeyed Allah and obeyed the Messenger”(66).
On the Day the blasphemous disbeliever’s faces shall be fluctuated in the hellfire; they will say,” Had we Obeyed Allah (SWT) & Obeyed His Last Prophet & Messenger Muhammad (SAAS).
And they will say, “Our Lord, indeed we obeyed our masters and our dignitaries, and they led us astray from the [right] way (67).
And they shall say, “Oh, Allah (SWT) truly we obeyed our leaders, masters & distinguished prominent people who caused us to go adrift from the Path of Allah (SWT).
Our Lord, give them double the punishment and curse them with a great curse”(68).
Oh Allah (SWT) Cause them to receive double the chastisement & Curse them tremendously.
O you who have believed, be not like those who abused Moses; then Allah cleared him of what they said. And he, in the sight of Allah , was distinguished (69).
Oh, you humankind who have believed in Allah (SWT) & His Final Prophet & Messenger Muhammad (SAAS), do not be like those who mistreated Prophet Mousa. Allah (SWT) subsequently declared his innocence & He was to Allah (SWT) distinguishable.
O you who have believed, fear Allah and speak words of appropriate justice (70).
Oh, you humankind who have believed in Allah (SWT) & His Final Prophet & Messenger Muhammad (SAAS), be pious & apprehensive of Allah (SWT) & utter righteous speech.
He will [then] amend for you your deeds and forgive you your sins. And whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger has certainly attained a great attainment (71).
Allah (SWT) Shall then rectify & reform your achievements, Forgiving you your transgressions. And whosoever Submits to Allah (SWT) & His Messenger Muhammad (SAAS) has reached a supreme attainment.
Indeed, we offered the Trust to the heavens and the earth and the mountains, and they declined to bear it and feared it; but man [undertook to] bear it. Indeed, he was unjust and ignorant (72).
Actually, We (SWT) Offered the Confidence & Trust to the heavens & the earth along with the mountains. Nevertheless, all turned down & refused to bear responsibility, fearing it. However, humankind undertook bearing responsibility. Indeed, they were Unjust & Ignorant.
[It was] so that Allah may punish the hypocrite men and hypocrite women and the men and women who associate others with Him and that Allah may accept repentance from the believing men and believing women. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful (73).
So that Allah (SWT) Torments the hypocrite men & hypocrite woman, the blasphemous nonbelieving men & woman who Associate with Him (SWT) an associate. At the same time Allah (SWT) Will Accept the Remorse & Repentance from the men & woman who have Submitted to Allah (SWT), Believing in Prophet Muhammad ( SAAS) & in the Last Religion of Islam. And Allah (SWT) is Ever Forgiving & Merciful.
